Game Not loading/WebGL disabled/frequent crashes

Chrome JUST released an update. Since that update, I CANNOT reliably login. I keep getting this odd message. It is different than it was. It looks like it isn't recognizing the browser?

After about 30 minutes, it gives me some errors.

I have cleared the cache, etc., for all time. I have checked the site settings and they are set correctly to allow 3rd party cookies and popups. I am at a loss. If only Chrome didn't FORCE these updates on us.

We have plenty of users who use one or more Chrome variation including a couple of moderators and no problems so I am not sure what it is, specially if you can get in with other browsers. The images you attached are too small to read. Could you just copy and paste the error in a post here?

I would like to add that everything was FINE and I was working IN Farm Town but left for a bit and it was when I came back and woke my computer from sleep that I had these problems. I went through and there was only the one change, a Chrome update.

I'm going to submit a ticket. I just figured out that only ONE of my accounts can login using SRWare Iron. Everyone else just freezes.

I don't know why it lists all those. It's a Windows 10 PC. The browser I was using when I copied that was actually the Vivaldi browser.

I did not see Firefox listed there either. If it is a Windows 10 PC then it should list it too separate from Mozilla/5.0.


For the Chrome please do what I listed above for it. Check it also to make sure you have the version I listed in the previous post.

Just to make sure have you checked to see if there are any Windows updates? If there are then do those and restart after those are done.

Neither do I. I have loadedyour farms just fine with no problems at all, so it isn't the game. The only other possibility is an internet problem somewhere between you and the servers that is preventing everything from getting loaded. Between you and the servers there can be many links in the path. If the any one of those links to the FT servers is down or have heavy traffic at that moment, then you can't get to your farms or it can cause problems with your farms but other things will work perfectly to you as they use differnt paths.

It is probably freezing because it has not downloaded all the data.

Nor would do the speed test be checking all the links between you and the FT servers. It would be a totally different path.

This week, my Rich Help screen will not load. In fact, it freezes the game. I've cleared cache, cleared everything, updated everything. Can't find anything in forum search either. It's been a regular Go To to know what ingredients I need for production, but now I've no idea. Any suggestions?

I cleared memcache, re-booted, and reloaded several times and finally got in Then it said I couldn't open either quest boxes because I had to be level 20, I'm level 1525! I know both boxes are ready to be collected on. I tried re-loading again and now I can't even get loaded.

No worries at all. When i load the game it gets stuck on take umbralla anyways then say loading user retry 1, 3 and 3rd will load but then when i click from farm 1 to farm 2 my farm grid goes away. I can work my sn farms either. If i go to the job market back my farm the farm grid goes away. i have got werid error codes. :(

Please check to see if you need any updates for your browser or computer. If you do have to update then be sure you restart your computer.


What anti-virus program are you using? Certain ones of those or some of their attatchment programs tend to not work with the game.


If it was you login then you would not see any of those loading lines at all in the FT Console. Please provide your User ID number for your farms. You can find that at the bottom of your farms page.

We know that chromebooks have problems with memory as you need a lot to play the game.

If the browsers you use are up to date and you do not have any pending update for your operating system, then it could be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.

I am sorry but no there isn't any way for us to help you with that. The developers have never supported playing on phones or tablets. None of us use either of those devices to play. The only thing I can suggest is to contact Apple support and see if they can figure out why.

We have sent the Ipad problem to the developers to see if they can do anything or figure out why the game is not loading on those. Keep in mind that they do not support tablets or phones for playing the game. We do recommend that you contact Apple support about this as it may be something they have done that is blocking Slashkey.
