Did you wait and give the farms time to reload? The graphics can take a few minutes to download again.


You could try again and after clearing and closing borwser try restart your computer and reload farms after.

Have you all done any updates for your computers that may be showing? If you have not please do them so that you know your computer is as up to date as it can be. With windows computers, you can usually check for those by just typing update in the search box bottom left of your screen and then you'll see something like search for updates which you can click on and then follow the instructions.

When or if you have done those please click on the following link and confirm that you have also already done the 4 items listed under First Load of Farm Town with your browsers. If you haven't done those, please do them:

When those are done, try loading the game. Wait at least 5 minutes. First load can be very slow when using an older computer.

Hi Walkies,

Have you made any changes to your computer or the browser you are using since you last were able to load the game with that browser? Have you added or enabled any extensions in the browser you are using? If you have you might want to revert those changes and see if it corrects for you. I've just loaded your default farm with everything showing very fast.

If it's a specific browser is causing a problem and others are fine, check if it's up to date and compare the differences between them.

Please describe in more detail what is going wrong for you with the add to storage tool.

What Items are you trying to store?
What layout are the items you are trying to store? For example, a straight line of trees, a block of tightly planted trees, scattered trees.

Is the tool not highlighting the next item to store correctly and skipping over some of them? Is that what you mean by you can't go row by row?

The red squares information you are asking for, you'll have to wait and see when those can be added back.

If you are a Mac user, please try Opera, those that have had difficulties with other browsers have had success with Opera.

If Opera won't load the game either, please also check that you've done any updates to your computer.

Your WebGL is showing enabled in your information so you don't need to run that test again, unless you try another browser. If you haven't done those, please do them:

When you try to load your farms, there is a lot of information below your game screen, some of them saying CHECKPOINT. We need the information for the last Checkpoint in that list.
Check if the informtion is the same for your desktop and laptop and post for each one if it is different.

If you dont see the information, please click in Toggle FT button and scroll the information using the bar on the right. Thank you :)

I have been trying to get in. It's not loading, I tried that get.webgl and had the spinning square. I don't appreciate the feeling that the fact I can't get into the game is a mute point. I like many players are struggling to be kind and give all of you time to get this fixed. It truly should have been done way before the Adobe flash end date. :eek::eek::eek:

Have you all done any updates for your computers that may be showing? If you have not please do them so that you know your computer is as up to date as it can be. With windows computers, you can usually check for those by just typing update in the search box bottom left of your screen and then you'll see something like search for updates which you can click on and then follow the instructions.

When or if you have done those please click on the following link and confirm that you have also already done the 4 items listed under First Load of Farm Town with your browsers. If you haven't done those, please do them:

When those are done, try loading the game. Wait at least 5 minutes. First load can be very slow when using an older computer.

This is different from what you posted before. Is this all that you see in the console? If it is then you are not getting the errors that were posted before. It does not look like it is even trying to load if this is all you see.

Please try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, then reload your game. It can take a lot longer to load the first time as it has to download all the graphics for the game.

They are just loading checkpoints for the developers. They will go away when the developers remove the loading logs you see in the console below your farms.

Please follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

Please describe in more detail what is going wrong for you with the add to storage tool.

What Items are you trying to store?
What layout are the items you are trying to store? For example, a straight line of trees, a block of tightly planted trees, scattered trees.

Is the tool not highlighting the next item to store correctly and skipping over some of them? Is that what you mean by you can't go row by row?

The red squares information you are asking for, you'll have to wait and see when those can be added back.

We've copied your posts over to the copied thread where the dev want these as we've been able to reproduce the problem.
Unfortunately as you have no tower crane and are having to store them one by one, you will either need persist with it misbehaving or put it off for now to wait for this to be fixed. I'm sorry we don't know when the devs can get to this or if it's a quick fix just yet.

When using harvester #2 the harvest pattern is: harvest skip skip harvest instead of harvest harvest. - you will have to try this – I was harvesting Flowers.

Yes when it crashed it was 56/256. Also refreshing produces a browser does not support webgl have to restart chrome, have did all updates. After restart it work again until crash. Thanks Ed

Please clear your browser cache and see if that helps. After the clearing the game will load slower (maybe you have to wait a few minutes) as all graphics have to be downloaded again.

The map has not been added yet. You can see whgat is available in the first post of that thread. We do not have any information when the other functions will be available. The developers do not tell us in advance of what is being added when.

If I drag a window over the top of the browser old remnants of the drug window are left behind, so it's in some kind of non-refresh mode. If I hit "play" then I get a reload and the dreaded "WebGL available but not enabled" error. Closing the browser and re-opening it fixes the problem. Chrome.

I have mine open all day long without this problem. Maybe it is your computer closing the link when it is inactive for a certain length of time.
Instead of hitting play try closing that tab and reopen from the Facebook home page link. See if that will work and not show the WebGL error.

Hi psladyroadrunner,
You have said you could see the farms but things only show as you move the pointer around the farms. Please check your preferences (wrench) and make sure the "Show" items at the top are all checked to see if that will make the items on your farm show. Don't forget to click the green check at the bottom of that.

We don't have Mac computers among the mods, but we have heard that most who on a Mac are able to use Opera to get into the game. It is a Chrome based browser.

Have you made any changes in the browser you are using since you last loaded the game? If you did you need to try changing those back to what they were.

Please also check that your browser is updated and then look in your browser settings for use hardware acceleration when available is enabled.

In chrome to get to show that quickly, you just open chrome settings and type hardware in the search box, if it's disabled the button to the right of that will be grey, it's blue when enabled.

Have you all done any updates for your computer that may be showing? If you have not please do them so that you know your computer is as up to date as it can be. With windows computers, you can usually check for those by just typing update in the search box bottom left of your screen and then you'll see something like search for updates which you can click on and then follow the instructions.

When or if you have done those please click on the following link and confirm that you have also already done the 4 items listed under First Load of Farm Town with your browsers. If you haven't done those, please do them:

When those are done, try loading the game. Wait at least 5 minutes. First load can be very slow when using an older computer.

Is Opera up to date? Please check for that and also check that there are no extensions enabled on that browser. For now just disable all of them while you try to load the game.

If you have already checked for those. What is it you are seeing when you try to load, for example, black, gray or green screen.

When a moderator replies to you, they will always quote your post in the answer, the moderators are Tiger, TazD and marymarcel so look for any emails that have those names as having responded to you and then click on that link in that email to be taken to the reply. I am sorry but we have to move posts into separate threads where the developers wan them in, so it will be confusing for a while as so many are posting.

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

Please try clearing your browser cache, close your browser then reopen your farms and see if that helped. Please note it will take longer to load the first time after your clear the cache as it has to redownload the graphics for the game.

Was working at midnight, then stopped.

I'm not one of the techs, but this happens to me a lot.
I have to completely close the browser, then reopen the browser, reload Farcebook, and reload Farm Town, to get back to working the farm again.

I think Browsers forget what they are doing and drop functions at random.

If those farms have a lot of waters layered on them it may just be that any layering is not fixed as yet. You will need to wait a while and see if the developers can fix those issues.

I was having intermittent problems with this same message.
Each time I would check and my browser (Chrome) had WebGL enabled.
I would disable and relaunch.
Then I would go back and enable and relaunch.
It would work for a couple of days.

So I was looking into my browser and finally went to my extensions.
I found that I still had a Flash Extension enabled.
I have disable that extension and will report back to let you know whether the problem comes back.

Every time I attempt to load farm town it gets to GPU-Renderer: ANGLE (AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics Direct3D11 vs_5_0 ps_5_0) and sits there at the black screen with white graphic cube and bar for no less than 6 minutes before moving on to the LOGIndexedDB. Every time I attempt to load farm town it gets to GPU-Renderer: ANGLE (AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics Direct3D11 vs_5_0 ps_5_0) and sits there at the black screen with white graphic cube and bar for no less than 6 minutes before moving on to the LOGIndexedDB. After said time it does eventually load. My user ID is 537090646. I am working through firefox with windows 10. This seems to be an issue that needs looked into. Here is the log with times:

Have you tried all suggestions we have asked you?

Just in case this is the list:

- Check for any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions.

- Check that your browser is updated.

- Make sure you have 3rd party cookies allowed in your browser, you have instructions on how to do this in the following thread:

- Make sure you have not added an extension to your browser, maybe the one used to change the way Facebook looks, perhaps to the old classic look. If you have it, you have to disable it.

- Make sure the Farm Town Flash Enabler extension is also disabled in your browser, if you have added and enabled that one.

When you are done, please close and restart and check if you are able to load the game.

I just noticed that my animal product count isn't increasing, nor or my trees or flowers. Aren't we supposed to be able to harvest our trees and animals? I've had to go to each individual animal hut to get them and it always shows that it put an amount in storage but it's not there. Revised: the tree/flower count does go up but not the animal. I took pictures with my phone of the storage, and tonight when I pull in dairy, I'll check it again.

I just checked with some trees and animal products and they are added correctly to storage.
Please reload the game and check again, or next time you harvest animal sheds or trees, take note of the amounts before harvesting and after reloading the game. :)

Please try again to see if the same thing happens. What do you have on that farm? Is it layered and if so how much?
You may want to try to clear your browser cache and see if that will help. The game will load slower the first time after you clear it as it must re-download the graphics for the game.


EDIT: I just went to your farm 32 and didn't see too much on the farm. Had you been to many farms before that? Could just be the amount you had done before going to that one.

Yor fuel shows as used when you are working. When you finish and drop the tool then the fuel is restored. So you are only temporarily using your fuel.

As you are on a Mac, most have found that Opera will work. Try that one.

Please go through Facebook and load your farms that way and see if you have the correct farms. The Gameroom is going away in June according to Facebook and so nothing is being done to support that by Farm Town.

The HTML is only off in the forums, not in your game. Did you try going into your farms through Facebook? If that didn't work please try the Play Farm Town button at the top of the forums and see if you can get in that way.
Not sure what you mean by the Farm Town Link is not on. Where is this you are seeing this message? Do you possible have Farm Town blocked in Facebook?

Log into your Facebook account. On your home page in the left column under your shortcuts should be a line that says Farm Town. Click on that to go to your farms.



If you can not find that, go to the top of the forums and find the button that says Play Farm Town and click on that to get to your farms.

Have you checked to see if there are any updates for your Windows? If there are you need to do those.
Did you use the instructions in the link I gave you for cookies and pop ups settings for at least Edge and Chrome. We don't know about settings for Avast.

If that is the case then you need to contact Support about this as there is nothing we can do concerning this through the forums.


To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

This is not going to help you get to your farms. As you were able to open a farm then you are able to get into the game. It was not the one you expected and was a new farm there is nothing we can do to help you through the forums. You will need to contact Support concerning this as I said in my previous post.

Are you receiving that message when you open your storage or when trying to accept more gifts?

Please open your storage and let us know which % is showing up for Capacity in the upper right side just above the Harvest & Products button.

If you could take a picture of the percentage and the message you are receiving it would be great.
