Hi RebeccaG,
The Map is one of the features that is currently offline until it is added by the development team. To sell crops, tree fruits, etc. use the grey storage locker and click any one of the items that reads Go To Market to sell and a second box will open that looks like the sales one normally found in the market.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all the hard work the team have put in. I finally got the game to load today on chrome, had been using firefox for a few days previously. It reminds me of the original game! I am looking forward to getting all the goodies back, but at least I won't have withdrawal symptoms from not being able to play until then ;-) Thank you!

Am I correct in assuming that the inability to plow under trees is due to temporarily missing features? I deleted a lot of fields on the second farm of another account I am responsible for and could not change layered to single fields because the usual method would not work.

Hi JyneL :)

Please check if you have added an extension to your browser to keep Facebook in the classic version.

If you have that extension, you have to diable it, restart your browser and try to load the game again. :)

Hi panos farm :)

Look at the banner above the game screen and there, you will see your user id.

It is also showing up below the game pannel. Once you get it, you can edit your post and paste the id number there.

I have been trying since 5:30 am EST to get on. All my crops that I had ready for next Quest are probably all rotted and I can't get on. I was able to get on briefly to green screen but could not move off default and did not see Quest to click on. :mad:

I had a crop of bellpeppers planted on a farm with 583 fields, which I planted yesterday using the Flash version of the game. The farm was fertilized and irrigated. Before I harvested them, I had 31,646 bellpeppers in storage (I actually checked). After I harvested, it showed that I had 32,094 in storage, a difference of 448 - not even as many as the number of fields I harvested. I should have something on the order of 33,266 (a difference of 1620), given that I've reached the 7th Dan in this crop. I know you're working now just to get the game to run on everybody's computers, but it's hardly worth planting and harvesting if we're not going to get proper credit for what we harvest.

Hi Mcfeisty,
I am sorry, but Adobe has shut down Flash and there is no way to get back to it. There is nothing that the developers can do to reopen it.
Flash is still working! I could play Farm Town in Flash right now, if someone would give me a link to open it!

I am not asking about how to do anything with FLASH, I want a link to the game that is still the Flash version, the developers cannot have simply deleted it. Flash is still installed and working, I can open other games in Flash, and I still have a tab of Farm Town running in Flash, so I know it still works.

When I go to the requests page (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/pending/), the animals are still in Flash, and my browser will load them, the developers have not taken those away.

Hi Helen DiCiolla,

Do you know how much memory you have on your computer?
whichever browser you are using, open a new tab and type the question into the browser address bar or if you are using something like google it should have a search box you can type the question in to get the instructions on how to find that information on your computer.

For all users having loading issues with the new HTML5/WebGL version of the game, please check the instructions in the yellow header at the top of the game, there is a link there to a new version that will allow us troubleshoot your loading issues faster.

when I try to harvest, I get a message the crop is not ready to harvest! It shows as getting close to wasted when I hover.

Should I just take a break from the game???

Game won't load with HTML5. The black sacreen with the beautiful white desiign just sits there. It is hanging up just before it loads all the way.
I can send gifts and receive gifts; but, the game doesn't load.

I hope I can still play this game.

It does, but it is set to "False" and needs to be changed to "True".

Game will sit a long time at first, as it needs to load all the data / images.

I've even got it to run on my Blackberry phone.

I am playing the new version with no problems that have not been explained before. Except one (and there may be an answer somewhere else but I haven't seen it) While doing my waters the program hesitated a lot and then, even though I was done with fishing, it kept saying 'caught 229 fish' and '177 bonus fish.' Even when I went to the next page. It is not affecting my ability to keep playing. Just letting you know.

Hi harlyhonee1 :)

When you try to load the game there is a yellow banner with red letters above the game screen.
That banner has instructions if you are not able to load your game in the new html5 version.

Edited to add: one of our forum members has posted that the banner is pink if you use Firefox.

Hope this helps the person asking the original question. I am using firefox and mine was a pink background banner with red writing. I was also confused when I read it for the first time. Now it is a yellow background

Whole computer went black while working on farms, Opera on iMac. Working on planting and became slower and slower, until all went black and I had to turn off at the wall to be able to get back into Mac

Please check your preferences, the wrench, and see if you have a check mark for Show coins and XP animations option.
If so, remove it and click in the green check mark to save changes.

Please reload the game and check if you can harvest. You can also try clearing your browser cache. Please take in mind that the first time you load the game after the clearing it will take a little more time as all graphics need to be loaded.

The only harvesting tool that works is the single plot! No way I can harvest my farms one plot at a time!

Hello my screen is still black and cannot get to work in my farm.. I do not see anything or have any idea of what's behind the black screen, just the logo and then the line where it looks like its loading but it stops like on the 80% of the download... I just went back and clicked on the send gifts, etc and I can see it all except on the play part that is when the screen goes black... please hurry I have crops that will die, thanks..

I tried the HTML5 i got a gray screen with an ASCII-like sad face Got the same thing on both my farms. User #100001610019653 Camilla's and then 1108062279 Shirley's account. What happens to crops and other things that are growing and we can't harvest or get. Please fix. Both stop at the gray screen and go no farther. SAD.

Please check if you have added an extension to your browser to keep Facebook in the classic version.

If so, please disable that extension, restart your browser and try to load the game again.

I can't find my original post, but I'm able to HP now, it's slow but it's working. However it was said my fuel wouldn't be used but it is! Once I run out I won't be able to continue. Can you disable my fuel use??

The fuel is used while you work and then when you are done and drop the tool it is restored.

Hi all was able to load HTML5 a few days ago . now that Flash is gone i can't . When I try to log in I'm getting a black screen. First couple of times I tried it had a white block in the middle and a white bar underneath that progressed until about 1/4" from the end and stopped. Now when I try it's just black!

Hopefully not too many weeks as I fear many will find something new. Other game providers seem to know what is going on also as I'm getting spammed in my newsfeed for other farm games all of a sudden.

Check if you have any extensions loaded in your browser such as the one to make Facebook show the old layout or an adblocker.

Also check and make sure you have cookies and pop ups enabled bu the instructions inthe following link:

Still getting black screen with white box. Down below is a lot of computer coding. Toward the end it now says the following:
"Warning: Your browser does not support "WebGL 2.0" Graphics API, switching to "WebGL 1.0"" Have no idea what it means by the 'switching to WebGL 1.0'. Guess it means unless you guys can find an avenue I will not be playing Farm Town on Safari. Hopefully before too long I can play my favorite game in Chrome.

Luckily I tried the HTML5 version a week ago. I discovered that if I waited long enough, the game eventually loaded (after hanging on the Black screen for awhile).

Yes that is what I did .. I am using Google Chrome and even with my slow cell phone mobile hotspot connection, the game finally loaded for me after about 5 minutes.

I too tried the new version about 10 days ago. It took awhile to move from the Black screen but then everything loaded just fine. (minus the missing features of course).

Today I tried it again, per the instructions given. It only stayed on the Black screen for about 45 seconds, then quickly progressed to the Green screen, where it paused again for about 1 minute with the 'farm loading progress bar' showing. Then my home farm loaded with everything except the missing features you told us about.
My browser is Firefox 84.0.2 (64 bit).
Looking forward to getting our features back in a reasonable time-frame; realizing it is a huge undertaking to re-code something like Farm Town to a new platform.

First try clearing your browser cache, close browser, restart computer, and reoen to load farms again.

The other thing you might try is to restore your browser defaults. Close browser reopen and try to open.

The Gameroom is going away according to Facebook by June. The developers are not working on getting it to load in there because of that.

No where did we ask you to list all of that text. The only thing the develoers want is what scereen your farms stopped loading on and the ID. The logs they get will have all of that additional information.

All my neighbors are gone but my roommate still has me as his friend and I am level 45 there but he can only see part of my farm. My farm is Lenera's Farm for both of them. I don't know very much about computers but I have a one year old gaming computer so it should work fine for this.

Are you logged into and going in through the facebook link in the left column?
The neighbors are not added yet.

If it is starting you at level 1 then it would not load the rest of your farms and is starting you over.

What screen is it stopping at? If it is the black screen, try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, restart your computer, then try to load it again.

Can't see neighbors, can go to marketplace, doesn't show how many XP you are getting and how many are left, can't message neighbors, takes forever to load. Not getting XP for doing crops or showing if they are even getting added to your total level points. Can't do super neighbors crops. This needs a LOT of work yet to get things working smoothly. No sense in planting since you can't hire anyone to do your crops.

Just to add some information to this with facilities not working in the Unity version then Neighborhood Chains Contest, Super Facility, Facility Chains, and both quests will not work in it until facilities and those functions are added back in.

My farm loads up, but I cannot access anything. No tools will come up, ... nothing. Green field, will not zoom out or in. cannot go 'full screen'.

Little tool bar in the top corner don't work.

Game loads up to the point of mostly using farm. Can't use Map at all. Can harvest and plow but have to use the little garden tool box. Stops at the last load of 75, the one right before it says done. Maybe I just need to be patient

The new version loads fine for me and I am able to harvest & plow crops, harvest & chop trees, and harvest flowers very quickly but I do have a problem with fishing. The fishing is extremely slow and after working on 3 or 4 of the farms I am getting the message that WebGL is out of memory and the only way I can regain control is to restart my browser. I have tried in Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome & Opera with the same results

I can't fish. It locks up my computer. When is Super Neighbor coming back. They had long time advance notice of flash closing. This should have been up and running by now. Thinking of leaving the game after many years of playing. This may be what I need to break the addiction.

Hi All, thanks for the hard work getting Farm Town up and running in the new format. I appreciate all you are doing!

I am not having issues with the game loading however I wanted to report this problem just so you know what issues players are having. Every time I go to harvest ponds, the game freezes and get constant "Caught 94 fish", "Bonus Fish" etc. flashing on the screen and after a bit I get this warning and have to refresh the game.

"Out of memory. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings."

Please read the new message above your game screen and follow the instructions in that message.

You need to list 3 items when you post here:

Your USER ID - It is the long number you see in that message above your game. It also shows right at the bottom of the page underneath the game screen.

What stage the game got stuck at - black, grey, white or green screen.

The LAST Checkpoint in the log beneath the game.
If you can't see the log click on Toggle FT Console. That will open and close the log.

Those of you asking about browsers that will support Web GL, please click on this link:

If you see a rotating cube, your browser supports WebGL.

game loads and am able to play. When moving from one farm to another in the upper right corner of the game screen a box appears with U-75 inside the box. It goes away once the farm I am moving to loads. Not sure what this is or what it means but thought someone might want to know.

I am using chrome and as I stated above the game loads and I am able to plant, harvest, plow, fish, harvest trees and flowers, harvest eggs, milk, manure, etc. So it does not affect me being able to play.

chrome no longer is telling me that it isn't supported but that it is turned off....not sure how to turn it on

so I googled how to enable it in chrome which brought me to the info of going to chrome://flags/ and looking for the WebGL option, I saw 2 and enabled both of them and it is loading again in chrome. sharing that for anyone else that may have an issue

You only need to supply the information in the message above the game if you can't load it and see what's on your farms. Are you having any problems loading your farms?

Hi - I was watering neighbors farms and received a pop-up error that stopped the game. It is in a small box, and will not allow me to copy it, and post in here. I was wondering if the devs are concerned about in game errors at this time, or sticking strictly with getting people into the game? If so, how might I go about getting the error to you? I apologize for not being computer literate, and thanks to you all for the great help!

100002460743714, and I got the message saying "an embedded page says 'your browser does not support WebGL' " after the game crashed with an ASCII snap. Closing and re-opening the browser - in this case Opera GX which just updated yesterday and very much supports WebGL and gives the spinning cube just fine too for the test page - fixed it. This is the first time I have gotten the message from Opera, Opera GX, Chromium based Edge or Maxthon. All other times I got the snap just refreshing the page fixed things and no black box message appeared. I have no log information on this because closing the browser reset it and created a new one.

We have been informed for a couple months now that the game would be limited for at least a couple weeks - although they use the word "restricted" - from the discontinuation of Adobe Flash Player support. If you can see that the things you mention are true, then your computer loaded the game just fine. None of the features you list are online as yet because Raul and his team are still working on them. Please be patient. You can sell extra crops (raspberries are the most coins per hour) and other items using the storage locker and clicking "Go To Market to Sell" on one item that is listed there. It will bring up the sales box with the various choices that you are used to seeing. :)

Hi Psander1, this is normal for the moment. Please be patient with Raul et al as they are working very hard on producing the new version of features with a minimum of problems appearing when they do come online. The neighbor bar was a blank white box just last night so it is evident that progress is being made. :)

Forgot to mention, sales can be made from the storage locker in lieu of the normal map operation. All you have to do is hover the mouse pointer until you see a blue button to go to the market to sell something and then click it.

I have exactly the same and below the farm where it usually tells you which players have sent gifts, helped etc. I have a long list including, Date, Time and message and a heading FT Toggle Console. Very puzzling, but I am ignoring for now :D

I am pretty sure these are debugging tools that the developers have added to assist them with problem reporting and troubleshooting. At the bottom, those items appear to provide information as to what modules of the game are loading successfully.

When fishing my farms that have a large amount of ponds, I am having the game pause every 3-4 mouse clicks, and at times freeze with an out of memory message. Crop harvesting, and tree harvesting work without a hitch. But "stacked" ponds seems to cause problems for the engine. Also, once I start fishing, the screen starts a constant scroll of number of fish caught, number of bonus fish, etc., and that continues for over 5 minutes after I have finished clicking anything on the farm.
I am using Google Chrome, but have also tried Microsoft Edge with the same results.

Please go to the Facebook setting for payments and see if the card can be added there. They are the ones who handle the Buy Cash. It could be a card they do not accept.

Not sure where to put this new issue but this is an oddity as it was all fine yesterday except for the freezing. The game is loading OFF screen with just a slim part showing to the right.

I have been playing FT since 2009 and it's one game I enjoy. There is little I can do on it right now due to this change. Only plant and harvest. I will be glad when it's all "fixed"....

I tried the HTML5 ..I got a green background and at the bottom said Map loaded. I can't do anything...

Al cargar el juego no llega a funcionar y me aparece unapantalla toda gris con un icono de carita en el medio.

When loading the game it does not work and I get a completely gray screen with a smiley icon in the middle.

Can not load , farm crops or do anything on farms

My farm has not completely loaded. Neighbors are not showing up. Tools are showing up when I am on my farms but not when I go to work for a neighbor as a super neighbor. No trains.
