If you are using a mac then please check if your mac has all updates done. Also, some mac users have reported that Opera browser works better for them.

Same if you are using Windows, in this case you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions.

If those updates are done, then please follow the instructions given in this announcement:

You have to try all suggestions under FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN.
After trying them all, then restart and check again if your game loads. Sometimes the first time you try to load the game you have to wait about 5 minutes for it to load.

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
Please notice that for point 3, developers are asking for the last Checkpoint information.

If you dont see the information below your game screen, then click in Toggle FT console and scroll down the page using the bar on the right till you find the last Checkpoint information.

There is nothing to download for HTML/WebGL as it is alreadya part of your browsers.


Have you all done any updates for your computer that may be showing? If you have not please do them so that you know your computer is as up to date as it can be. With windows computers, you can usually check for those by just typing update in the search box bottom left of your screen and then you'll see something like search for updates which you can click on and then follow the instructions.

Your previous information was copied into a closed thread in H&S which is monitoring by the developers. Have you disabled Malwarebytes to check if there is a change for your loading problem? Remember to close and restart after desabling it.
If nothing changes then you can add Malwarebytes again.

Which browser are you using now? Is it updated?

Also, check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions.

I always hire someone to work my farms and I have very few of the ex'd tools to work with, I can't get to the hiring market and my crops that I planted are wasted. I am just waiting because when I tried to harvest them, It was so slow with the reg. tools, I got frustrated before I could get them harvested. I am now trying to fish, my boat is usually a very fast boat but not any more. It takes for ever to finish one farms fishing. I have been staying away from FT hoping that maybe the next time I check it will be ok. Please clear your browser cache and check if that helps you. The first time you try to load the game after the clearing, it will load slower, it could take 5 minutes or more, as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Please try clearing your browser cache, close your browser and restart your farms. That may clear the error as you were getting more than this loaded before.


Please try the following and see if it helps you:

- Check for any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. When you are done, restart your computer.

- Clear your browser cache, take in mind that after the clearing the game will load slower, it could take 5 minutes or more, as all graphics have to be loaded again.

- Check your browser is updated.

What are you seeing on the screen when it quits loading?


Have you done all updates for your computer that may be showing? If you have not please do them so that you know your computer is as up to date as it can be. With windows computers, you can usually check for those by just typing update in the search box bottom left of your screen and then you'll see something like search for updates which you can click on and then follow the instructions.

When or if you have done those please click on the following link and confirm that you have also already done the 4 items listed under First Load of Farm Town with your browsers. If you haven't done those, please do them:

When those are done, try loading the game. Wait at least 5 minutes. First load can be very slow when using an older computer.

If you still can't load the game after doing those, please check the information under the console again look for the information on the Last checkpoint you see and see if any of those errors have cleared or changed, then add that information to your post please.

Hi Seva,

Your previous post was answered and you were asked to tell your friend that they need to join the forum and post themselves. If they are having difficulty knowing how to register, perhaps you could help them with that part.

Please ask them to try the following:

They need to make sure that they that have done any updates on their computer that are showing as needing updated.

Then please ask them to follow the instructions in the Announcement which shows at the top of any section of the forum. They need make sure they have done whats is listed under First Load of Farm Town before they try to load the game again. Here's the link to that post, which you can give to them:

If after doing those they still can not load their farms to show and see things like crops, trees etc they can scroll further down that post to Persistent loading issues. The institutions under that heading includes a link to instructions on how to register if they need them. The link to this thread is also in that post so it will bring them here so that they can post their information in the reply box at the bottom of the page.

Thank you for the information you have provided so far, please continue with the following:

Have you all done any updates for your computer that may be showing? If you have not please do them so that you know your computer is as up to date as it can be.

With windows computers, you can usually check for those by just typing update in the search box bottom left of your screen and then you'll see something like search for updates which you can click on and then follow the instructions.

When or if you have done those please click on the following link and confirm that you have also already done the 4 items listed under First Load of Farm Town with your browsers. If you haven't done those, please do them:

When those are done, try loading the game. Wait at least 5 minutes. First load can be very slow when using an older computer.

If you still can't load your farms at all, so that you can show and see things like your crops and trees etc on them, please recheck the information you have already provided and let us know if those have changed at all and if you are seeing any error in the information under the console below your game screen.

I'm having the same problem or at least I thought I was. When I click on the buildings, no words show on the screen so I decided to check them. I checked my balance of, let's say hen eggs, BEFORE I tried to harvest them. After clicking I checked the balance again and it had gone up, so actually the animals/products ARE being harvested but it doesn't tell you that they have been. Once you leave that first farm and go back to it the harvest times show. I agree it needs to be fixed but for now they are harvesting.

Please check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

After that, check if your browser is updated and also clear your browser cache. Close and restart.
Take in mind the first time you try to load the game, it will load slower, it could take 5 minutes, as all graphics have to be loaded again.

The developers are only working getting computers working with the game at the moment. Some with Tablets and phones are able to get in, but we have no way to help with that at the moment.

You should be able to click on the FT Console and open it to find the last Checkpoint in that list.


Yoiu can try the steps in the Announcement at the top of each forum section and see if any of those help.

Hello, with the new version of the game I miss the footprints of the trees (and flowers) when hiding them. I put some trees by accident in the storage. When putting them back on the farm I first hided the trees and saw the footprints were missing. Quite difficult to put the trees in storage back to their old place.
I am not sure if this feature will come back. It was quite practical to have it when designing a farm.

After 4 days of the game not loading for me, and doing all the suggested stuff to fix it, I got in using Puffin on my Android phone and harvested some animal sheds. When I got home later that day and tried on my computer, it loaded just fine. don't know what that did but it fixed my problem!

Just to add some information to this with facilities not working in the Unity version then Neighborhood Chains Contest, Super Facility, Facility Chains, and both quests will not work in it until facilities and those functions are added back in.

It sounds like you have at least got your farms open partially. You don't see the Tool box?
If that is the case,
try clearing your browser cache, close your browser, then reopen your farms and see if you get that part loaded.

Farm Town has nothing to do with 5G as that is only your phone and how fast it can upload and download the data.

Make sure the browsers you are trying on your phone are updated, so they can support WebGL. If the ones you are trying are not able to open it try some different ones.

It was not fixed by the developers as it is something in the computer that is disabling it or dropping the connection. The only thing I can suggest at the moment is to try clearing your browser cache, close the browser, restart your computer and reload your farms.

I was so glad just now when I saw there was an update tonight! The Super Neighbour is such a big thing for those who have only the smaller tools. I cannot thank you all enough for the effort you have put into this game to allow us to continue to play. As a former computer programmer (40 years ago, yes they had computers back then!) I know only too well the intricacies of getting a program such as this rewritten, fully tested and working. Kudos to the whole team and all the moderators here in the forum. Hi, thanks so much for getting super neighbour back. I can harvest and plough just fine, but when I go to sow it sows for about 3 chunks, then I get a whole block of floating 1xp and then the whole thing freezes up. I then reloaded ,went back to my super neighbour's farm, planted a bit more and it froze again etc. etc. No biggie, just thought you'd like to know. Oh yes, my super neighbour has layered crops, thought it might be that that's the problem. Stay safe everyone.

Please check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.

Try the memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings, close that window and your farm if it is open in another tab. Then reopen your farms and try again.

What color is the screen when the game stops loading? (black, gray, green or white)

Yes I tried that as well. I turned the compressed graphics on and then off and vice versa thinking that might be what's causing it. It can be any activity from planting plowing, adding items to storage multi buy, etc.
This crash did not occur for me until this update. Perhaps I'm the only one having the issue?

You are the only one reporting it so far. Please check that your browser is updated. One of the moderators that uses Chrome said her's didn't automatically update with the recent one.


Try another browser, like Opera or Firefox and see if you get the same error. You will need to make sure that the cookies and pop ups are allowed, by the instructions in the following link even if you have done it before:

Please be sure the browser is updated, and also, after that, clear your browser cache. First time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slower, it could last 5 minutes, as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Anyway, please check if your Mac need to be updated. Also, some Mac users have informed that they have problems using Safari and Chrome browsers, please check if Opera works for you.

Please check if there is any update for Windows, you can type update in the search box and you usually get "search for updates", you have to follow the instructions. Remember to close and restart after updating.


After that then follow the instructions given in this announcement:

If your game doesnt load, then you have to provide the information under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.

hi raul.. still unable to load my farms.. i had them for a little while to plant then next day cant load them..then later after rebooting several times got into em.. now again ..cant.. it sticks at U55 checkpoint.. id 10001963785223.. after the error of U55 the gray screen.. cant understand why sometimes i get into em then cant.. grateful for any help

Hi Mindy,
Your post was copied to the closed thread for the developers to see if they can find a solution. There are several that have the problem of the load stopping at checkpoint 55 and showing a Javascript error. Unfortunately we don't have a solution at the moment. They will have to figure it out.


The only short term thing I can offer is to clear your browser cache, close the browser then try reloading again. Hopefully it will let you in to work sometimes until they can figure this out.

after 3 attempts to enable WEBGL it now loads WEBGL 1.0 and not 2.0, but it seems to work.

i thought i will post it, as it may be of interest to the Developers in case FT it disabling it somehow in Chrome (the browser i am using )

I posted yesterday that my farm freezes when working my sn farm. I updated browser, cleaned history and mencache, disabled extensions, but it is still happening. I can work for longer before it happens but only got 2.5 farms done. Did I miss anything?

I get a very small black screen with no cube, if I click Toggle no information shows.

Also we had reports from other Mac users saying Opera browser works for them.

If you have updated your browser and checked for any update for windows, then the only other suggestion is to try another browser to check if it works better for you.

Also, click in your preferences, the wrench, and see if you have a check mark for Compressed Graphics option. If the option is unchecked, please put a tick in it and then click in the green check mark to save changes.

No it freezes the game, so I can't do anything but reload, then go back to the farm I was trying to plant and hope I can finish. It can plant about 8 squares of layered fields. It also pops up with a field that looks planted everytime you plant a field.
Another thing I notied was the XP counter not changing, though I changed level and got a Farm Cash, but the first subject is more vital for me :)

This is the second report we get about this error.

When you get this error message, are you able to continue working? Were you working in your own farms or as supernieghbor? Which job were you doing?
