I tried clearing memcache and browser cache and it is still loading like the above screen shot. I have another acct I manage and its loading loading right. I have hemp to harvest but can't get the farm to load right on the page.

If not try clearing your browser cache, close your browser, then reload your farms.
You can not do anything with the neighbors yet, but they are showing there partially.

No idea yet. There have been a few who have reported this, but no fix from developers yet.

My farm has a black screen, then Farmtown comes up starts loading and then gets stucks on a gray screen with a sad face. i just want to be able to get on my farm. i know everything is disabled but i want to get on it.

On my Surface Pro 7 on Chrome as here on my Windows 7 desktop (before the image shift!) I am still freezing and getting the error message about java script like the one I posted yesterday or the day before.I could not highlight to one on my Surface pro to copy and paste but its the saem error involving Java script/ Any ideas?

Everything but basic farming is greyed out (haven't tried planting/harvestng). Ships, trains, quests all blank or greyed out. There were numbers implying ships and trains, but when clicked on, numbers went to zero.

And can't get flash version to load, it insists on loading html version. I was very careful to refuse to update flash when it asked, figureing the update would just be"sorry this is obsolete", and did not update the chrom browser when it said it was old, figuring it would insist on the new flash (see above). Flash worked till yesterday, then it started loading html..but not even loading, probably the html5 is too old to work. So I tried firefox, which I think did work in flash once, but now insists on loading html, which the above report is on.

OK, seeding and harvesting worked. and fishing and tree shaking. but I only do those enough for quests, and buying new farms as they come out.

is there a way to force the flash version? if not, I'll come back in a few weeks to see if there is any improvement.

If we send or accept gifts, where do they go? as there is no way to accept them in the farm, are they lost or going directly to storage, as seems little point sending any out if they are not stored. Still have a lot being sent to me daily and was just wondering. Everything else is working well for me in the new version :)

I just tried the Show coins and XP animation option checked and unchecked in my farms while fishing and as soon as I unchecked the option, next farm is not showing the messages.

Please be sure to click in the green check mark after unchecking that option. That way changes will be saved.

Please click in your preferences, the wrech, and see if you have a check mark for Show Coins and xp animations option.

If so, uncheck that option and click in the green check mark to save changes.

As far as we know at this time there won't be any suspended times as Raul did not say anything about it. Your trains and ships will then come home in their normal time. As long as the Flash version still works then you will be able to do those through there.

Thanks Raul and team for working so hard over the holidays to get this out.


Just to add some information to this with facilities not working in the Unity version then Neighborhood Chains Contest, Super Facility, Facility Chains, and both quests will not work in it until facilities and those functions are added back in.
Since all I can do is my farms anymore, suggest you could get rid of those comments of things we are planting, and keeps letting us know this as we are planting.
I have large combine and the light that shows the crops being plowed and planted is so dim can't really see but do know what I'm doing so don't need to be told constantly.
Perhaps you could make the light as you have with the trees, cover the whole section.
These messages fill up my screen and can't hardly see what I'm doing.
Perhaps if you didn't have these notices you could use that energy to help get quest in order for this was the real reason I kept playing.
Helping others is my reason to play.
Also the only reason I bought all the facilities and tools you came up with was so I could help others.
I have other things but let's try and get them one at a time.

Other mac users have has success using Opera, if you haven't tried that yet, and your other browser is up to date, then that's worth a try.

If that alos won't work, then if possible you stil need to supply all three of the items requested in that message so that the devs can work out what's happening with those stil having difficulties.

Today is my first day trying to get on the game. I already uninstalled abobe from my computer. I deleted all history files, cookies etc before trying the game. After getting a black screen with weird other stuff on it for about 20 minutes, the game finally TRIED to load. Then it started to try to go to another screen "U75" and turned in to a GRAY screen. I wuld like to try to send screen shots of what I have but don't know how with the options I see. At this time I have NOT been able to get on the game at all. I use Chrome for my browser as it seems no other browser likes my computer.

I just tried the Show coins and XP animation option checked and unchecked in my farms while fishing and as soon as I unchecked the option, next farm is not showing the messages.

Please be sure to click in the green check mark after unchecking that option. That way changes will be saved.

I did that (and verified it numerous times already) and the coins & XP animations just keep going until I refresh my browser then the next time I fish the whole thing starts all over

Also, check if you have added an extension to your browser, specially one to keep Facebook running in the classic version. If you have it, then please disable it, restart your browser and check if you are able to load the game.

If your farm loads fine then you do not have problems. Those results are only for farmers who are not able to load their farms at all.

When fishing my farms so many messages of what has been caught, etc. pop up cnstantly and go on forever. I can nt see what I am doing when it automatically switches to chop, etc. It Took me 3 hours to fish and I had to go out once because it said I should ask webgl for more memory, so I don't think I got credit for all of the fishing that I had done due to the screen then froze and I had to go out and back in to continue. I have some farms that are stacked 1/4 to1/3 full. I feel this segment needs some work, thank you. Other things are working well so far.

I am not sure if this is the correct place to report problems. After a few attempts, the new game has started loading relatively quickly. I do notice however, that when we fish the words advising how many fish have been fished keep scrolling and don't stop unless you reload the game by pressing Play.
Keep up the great work. I am looking forward to when we are back to all features

Two things to try. Make sure you don't have any extensions in your browser like those to make Facebook use old layout or adblockers.

yes I can get onto the Farm Town page but that is it! I can not see my friends, unable to work anything in the My Request section. However, if I choose, I can spend money and purchase new tools and crops....go figure!

I've been playing this game for almost 10 years now - hard to believe! Obviously, it's a favorite and I'm eager to see all the functionality restored. However, in my opinion you all did an amazing job, first in creating the game and now in migrating it to a new platform. I am still using Windows 7 and have NO plans to be forced into the Microsoft scam requiring a new computer. I have owned every version of Win OS - desktops, laptops - and beginning with just Dos before Win was available. No more!! I hope someone can help as I have spent several years & much enjoyment off & on with FarmTown (only game I ever play)

What is in your facilities will be there when they get them added for you to collect.
I was not talking about getting to storage through the tool box. Find the map in the bar at the bottom of your farms. There is another icon in the next box to the left of that.

You do not get coins or XP for harvesting. The XP is still going up if you aree plowing or planting. Look at the number at the top for Xp before you start and it will go up as you plant or plow.

There isn't any preferred browser as they all work differently on different computers. What may work for me may not work for you.

Please check to be sure you have 3rd party cookies allowed in your browsers, the instructions are in the following thread:

Also, check if you have any extensions added to your browsers, like the one which keep Facebook in their classic version. If you have that, then please disable it, restart your browser and check if the game loads.

Some mac users have had success with Opera, you might want to try that and see if it's any good for you.
Please also check that your browsers are up to date, and look in the browser settings and see if there is an option to "use hardware acceleration when available". If it's not enabled already try enabling it. If you change any settings in your browser, you may b=nned to close the browser fo rthose to take efect. It should tell you to do that but I don't know if all of them do.
Please check if you have any extensions enabled on your browsers. If you have the FT Flash enable or any that would alter what you wonld normally see on FacebooK please disable those then try loading the game.

When I go to my farm it takes a little while for it to start, but when I move to another farm it gets stuck. After a while I get a message saying the page is not responding do you want to wait or close it. my number for Farmtown is 100000413069199. When you get the WebGL Supported, but DISABLED.
Completely close your browser and reopen it.
This usually fixes that problem.

Other mac users have has sucess with Opera, you might want to try that.

Please check that your browsers are up to date and that any extensions for FT Flash enabler or altering Facebook are disabled while you try to load the game.
Also have a look in your browser settings and see if there is an option there that says something like "use hardeware accelaertaion when available". If you see it and it's disabled try enableing it. If you change any settings in your browser please close and reopen the browser before you try. You should be remined to do that, but possibly not in all browsers.

Did you change any settings in your browser? Have you got any extensions on the browser enabled? Is the browser up to date?

Go to your browser settings and see if you can find where it says something like "use hardware accelaeration when available" If it's not enabled, enable it, then close and reopen your brower, check it's still enabled then try loading the game.

I am still unable to access my quests or my friends' quests. My tools function is showing nothing accessible except for the plow/plant/harvest/fish/chop/water functions. I had quests that were almost complete and have probably been lost. What do I need to do?

Those functions are not available yet. There isn't anything you can do until the developers add those functions in.

Is that all you are seeing for Checkpoints? We need the last Checkpoint on the list. There's a scroll bar to the right when the list is long for you to use to scroll down the page.

Nobody can it’s not part of the game as we have been informed page after page after page of this we are all waiting for it to happen so it’s not a fault with game.

Still having the same problem with my 2 farms. User # 100001610019653 and user # 1108062279. Both load to the US 75 at the bottom and then go to gray screen with the sad face. Do we just stop playing the game for awhile or should we try and continue to load and play. It is about my only fun thing I do. Old retired and now bored. Thank you Shirley
