HTML5/WebGL: Game Not loading or frequent crashes
This thread is for those with the above issues ONLY.

If you can load your game to see what is on your farms like crops, trees etc and you can work your own farms this is not the thread you need to post in.

This thread is ONLY for those who are unable to load the game at all or have frequent crashes.




Farmtown hardware and software requirements:
Players will experience optimal gameplay if your device meets these specs:



Latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Opera browsers

64 bits Operating System

8GB of RAM or higher

Dual Core CPU


Dedicated NVIDIA / AMD Video Cards or Integrated Intel Video Cards with 512MB Video RAM with updated drivers, old video card drivers can make the game crash. Check this video for instructions on how to update your video card drivers in Windows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFvhZ6Lie_s


WegGL 2.0 Support with Hardware Acceleration enabled. Software only acceleration or Google SwiftShader can slowdown the game. Check this video for instructions on how to enable Hardware Acceleration in the Chrome browser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4F6ix4FhgKA

The game will probably run on older lower-end devices but this will increase the chances of crashes and the game not loading due to Out of Memory or WebGL errors.

Important - always check for computer updates and browser updates at least once a week!



If you experience any kind of memory errors, which in the latest version of Chrome you can identify by a gray screen with a sad face on it:


Close all the tabs in your browser and then close your browser.
Close other applications.
Then load the game in a single browser tab to ensure that your computer's memory is being used towards the game only and not other tasks.

Having a 64 bit Operating System with at least 8GB RAM will considerably decrease the chances of memory errors.


If the game is stuck on a black screen due to WebGL not Supported or Disabled error:


Ensure you are using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Opera browsers.


Check if WebGL 1.0 is enabled in your browser using the link below.
If you see a rotating cube, WebGL 1.0 is enabled:

If you are limited to only using WebGL 1.0 please also read the update in red further down this post!


Check if WebGL 2.0 is enabled in your browser using the link below.
If you see a rotating cube with the number 2, WebGL 2.0 is enabled.
WebGL 2.0 is not a requirement to play Farmtown but it will perform better:

If WebGL is disabled in your browser:

a) Ensure you have Hardware Acceleration enabled in your browser.

b) Update your Video Card drivers.

UPDATE AUGUST 2022: WebGL 1.0 may no longer be supported by various browsers as time goes on. There is no date listed by the various browsers as to when it may no longer be supported.

Currently Chrome is no longer suitable for those that have to use WebGL 1.0
If Chrome is showing updated and the setting for Hardware Acceleration is enabled but when you try to load the game WebGL is still showing disabled.

Or if you have previously seen in in the FT Console while using Chrome...
LOGWarning: Your browser does not support "WebGL 2" Graphics API, switching to "WebGL 1"
are no longer seeing that and have already done the steps listed above then you will need try using other browsers instead.

The only way to know which Browser will work best on your device is to try them.
We can only recommend some browsers to try BUT what works well for one person may not for someone else. This is nothing new which is why you have to try them yourself!





If there is no WebGL disabled message but the game does not finish loading:


Clear your browser cache - remember the first load of Farm Town after clearing browser caches will be slower especially if you have a lot of items set to show in your game preferences like, crops, trees, facilites etc as you will be loading a fresh set of graphics.


Disable all installed browser extensions (some browser extensions, especially those that hide ads or try to convert Facebook to an old layout may be incompatible with Farmtown). If you find you can load the game after disabling all of them, you can try enabling one, then reload the game to narrow down which extension might be causing a problem before you try enabling another one.


Uninstall and reinstall your browser - If you only have one browser installed on your computer do NOT uninstall it until you have got another one you know that you can use! Then, IF it's only 1 of the browsers that you are able to use that is having problems loading the game AND you can load it in other browsers, ONLY uninstall and reinstall the browser with the issue. Read any information the browser shows to you when you uninstall it so you know if it will log you out of sites, remove any saved passwords or clear any saved bookmarks that you might want! Only one browser having an issue may be that an update for that browser didn't get correctly updated.


Try with another updated browser



If your farms are too slow to load because they have too many *different* items or because of a slow internet connection:
Try enabling the Compressed Graphics option in the Preferences screen.
The graphics will have a bit less quality but will load faster.

How to enable Compressed Graphics:

Add the check mark for Compressed Graphics, indicated with the red arrow and red box in the picture.
You may also want to check a few more settings in that window so that there is less of a demand on your computer. If you do please remove the check marks for Show Feedback when Farming and also from Show Animals when not at Home. Add the check mark for Freeze Animals. All three settings are indicated in the picture with a blue box.


When you enable the Compressed Graphics Setting, you will see a popup with information.


Click on the green check mark on that popup.


Then also click on the green check mark at the bottom of the preferences window to save your changes.


Reload Farm Town.

If this setting helps you then you may need to consider more carefully what you are putting on your farms. More items, regardless of what they are, on bigger farms are a much bigger demand on your computers resources!

Just to add some information to this with facilities not working in the Unity version then Neighborhood Chains Contest, Super Facility, Facility Chains, and both quests will not work in it until facilities and those functions are added back in.

As far as we know at this time there won't be any suspended times as Raul did not say anything about it. Your trains and ships will then come home in their normal time. As long as the Flash version still works then you will be able to do those through there.

HTML5 version looks good. Pretty similar to the old version as far as it goes at present and it is good to see what we will be getting when the old version gets retired.
Minor glitch I noticed - when I harvested one of my farms using my 10x10 combo some of the plowed fields didn't initially allow replanting even though they looked plowed. Tool tip on hover didn't show anything while other fields said plowed. Farm is single layer partly plowed. Reloading the farm fixed the problem and I could then plant the whole area. Try setting the page/tab zoom to a slightly higher amount. I use 120% and that helps.

Nevermind! Found it. I do see a big issue for me. The icons for the neighbor bar, farms, tools etc are miniscule. No matter how much I zoom the tools, farm navigator, etc and other icons are still microscopic. I will try this on my desktop in the morning-it has a bigger screen but runs Win 7_ No eye surgery in the world is going to help me see those tiny icons! I hope there will be a way to enlarge those, esp the farm navigator and the tool s!

Hi,
I clicked the link provided to try the new version of the game. The field that shows the farms turned black with a 3 sided cube in white and a bar below it that filled in in white and stopped. Nothing else happens. Game area remains black.

I can click on play or other options and they all work. So I clicked on Play and it works as usual, is that how it works?

Usually the game loads with white background then opens on default farm.

It didn't work. I clicked up to 400% and the only thing that increased was the crops and farm. The tool box, lettering all remained tiny. The farm itself is fine. All of the wording surrounding it - the fuel,coins, map of farms, level, name of farm, upper right tools and the lower neighbor box still remains almost impossible to read. I'm sorry!!! I noticed other people having the same issue. You guys work so hard and I hate to complain.

Edit: Tried a second time and the game loaded about 25% faster. I'm good with that.

My thanks to all the developers, programmers, and anyone else associated with this move. I can only imagine how much time and work went into getting this accomplished.

Do you have any plugins running in those browsers, like the one to make Facebook stay with the old layout or an ad blocker? If you have any (other than Flash try disabling them one at a time and then try loading it.
I use Firefox and the other moderators have used Chrome and Opera with no problems.
The first time you load the game it will be slow as it has to download all the graphics, so your Firefox load may have been doing that and you need to just wait longer for it to finish.

Try going in through Facebook rather than Gameroom. Then click on the link in the banner at the top of your farms to get to the unity version. Game room is going away in a few months according to Facebook.



Your quests are not gone as that is the normal New Years glitch that the numbers don't show in the chart. Your quests are still there and counted.

I have been reading with interest the negative comments already posted on different sites,
seriously folks, quit the complaining and have a bit of patience.
the developers have been working long hours on this transition and so what if we have to go back to basics for a while - I see the problem is some players are so dam spoilt by the great job that has been done in developing farmtown to the game it is, that some expectations are way too extreme.
Farmtown in a game - a game folks, not real life - your future is not dependant on 'getting to work your farms each day'
Just show some respect and quit complaing like a little kid who has lost his lollipop... rant over

Hi Chris,
Theoretically yes. I don't know if the Chrome for Android is limited down though for size. Only way to know is try it.
EDIT: Just loaded it in Firefox on my phone, but it is so small can't do anything on it.

No, it was game room. I couldn't get it to load at all on my browser, which is Google Chrome. I think I just have to update it to see what it does there, but I'm not sure. I'll do what you suggested though. Thanks for the advice and help :) .

You are working with a whole new system. What Flash would do is not necessarily what HTML will do.

Not a biggie BUT I lost all of my quests that I had completed in Flash Version 13 in the co-op 2 days until I could collect them and 5 in the regular version .... and NO I do not use game room .......... If this was the cost of saving the game and moving to HTLM5 great if not then it is a bug or something they didn't expect Again not a biggie but I wanted to make you aware so you could warn everyone. I looked at HTML5 if I can not use fuel for my tools I can not work even my farms until that part is released.......

If this was the cost of saving the game and moving to HTLM5 great if not then it is a bug or something they didn't expect Again not a biggie but I wanted to make you aware so you could warn everyone. The quest problem has nothing to do with the migration. It is the New Years glitch we have had for years that the quests in the chart disappear. The quests are still there just not showing in the chart. You can still work them and collect your FC in the Flash version, even though you can't see them. They will show up again sometime tomorrow as usual.
The use of fuel has been suspended, so you can use your tools without using any fuel.

I am using Firefox and it is working fine. Do you have any plug-ins enabled that may be stopping it from loading. You may want to disable each one at a time and then try loading it to see if it will load.
You will need to try the same thing in your Chrome.

have same issue. flash allowed setting quality to low which helped some. Hope that option just isnt known yet.

I have a problem with my tool box. I own all the combine harvest-plant and combine harvest-plow ex 5x5 (as seen in the storage where they are kept) however in the tool box It only shows up to combine 12x12 then the next item is the blanked out combine ex 6x6 all other combine tools are unavailable. I have also not been game to take it out of the storage to check if it might still work in case it just disappears. I have checked every other tool in the tool box that is available in the initial HTML5 version and they all seem to be available. One thing is the first time you load the html version it has to download all the graphics for everything so it takes longer and will put more stress on your Macbook processor. As it is an older laptop it may use more memory and processor with the higher graphics quality than newer computers.

Check your preferences and see if you have the show items all checked. If that isn't it then try clearing your browser cache and reloading because it may be that all the graphics did not download.

Don't know the answer to that, but I do know the older a laptop gets the more dust collects inside making them run hotter which makes the fan have to work harder when it is doing a lot of processing. I worked as an IT tech for the many years before retiring.

HTML/Unity visibility improvements:
tooltips/hover over facilities and crops: name currently pops up in white text, which can be difficult to see if there is a nearby building or crop that is white. Could put it into a small cartouche/box with dark background and white text so that it'll show up no matter what it's hovering over, or outline the letters in a contrasting color

selection box/outline in yellow: could be a bolder line for more contrast

font/icon size: little bit larger (or adjustable) for us older folks :-)

BTW I LOVE that you can see the entire footprint of a building when you're moving it around - nice touch there

It will show it is using fuel and then puts it back. Write down how much you have then harvest an area of something. Then when you stop and put the tool down then it will go back to the same amount you had before.

It is being used for plowing harvesting, fishing trees and flowers and since none can be produced that is a problem. Second the work feature is really needed as when you have 43 farms it is hard to know what needs to be done. May have to back off until that one is added. Overall it is going to be very good once the features can be added back. The only thing I noticed is that it took a very long time just to load the the game. I almost gave up waiting. The fuel is not being used. As soon as you finish the work and drop the tool the fuel is replenished back to the amount you had before.



The load time is long the first timwe as it needs to download all the graphics.

All good thanks Taz. It worked and the combines are all back. Now I can stockpile lots of crops while waiting for the rest of the game to start appearing. I am very happy the devs are taking all this trouble to keep our game going when other games are just disappearing.

This is the same for me. I have taken out the yellow and red combines and also the EX one placed on my farm saved and reloaded but they are not showing up in the yellow tool box when wanting to use them. They are there in my storage but not for use. I am using Windows 7 computer and playing on Chrome.

The single 5 x 5 EX tools (harvest and plow) are showing for use but not the 5 x 5 EX combine harvest/plant

I am finding I can still use the older version and will do so until Flash is banished forever by the browsers, can still get gifts, work facility posts etc this way... its only the new version that has the limited functions at the moment.. once they add things it will improve..

Thank you for the awesome update. I noticed that when I was harvesting flowers that I had to go back and harvest one or two that didn't harvest the first time. I do hope with time that it will load faster. I noticed that with some of my farms, if I had quite a bit on the farm it loaded slower than the ones that were smaller and had less on them. I don't know if it is my browser, but the graphics seemed a little unstable on farms that had quite a bit on them. I am glad you decided to move the game to html5 as I sincerely love this game. Thank you for all you have done and Happy New Year to all.

Under the new version when you plant crops it charges you coin to plant them since we can not sell anything on the new version we could run out of coins. OK. I don't like to complain. I really don't. I checked out the new version. The graphics are great. I have no problem at all with it and look forward to the full version. And it runs super fast!
However, we were led to believe that the game in it's current version would not be here today. I don't have trains and boats and all that stuff. I quit doing the quests. I got all I could out of my facilities because again, we were told they'd quit working. I planted a bunch of random plants on ALL my farms just to have something to harvest in the new version while we waited. That was fine with me.
Now I get up this morning and the old version is still there and works fine and now we are told that it will work until it doesn't. LOL...really? How exactly are we supposed to navigate the transition when we have no timeline? One other thing is that a few asked if our SN would work. We were told they didn't know. Well we don't have any neighbors in the new version so of course it wasn't going to work. Why not just tell us that instead of telling us you didn't know.
Now having said all of that............I DO love the game and have put a lot of time in it since coming back a few months ago. I guess I'll just deal with whatever comes until everything settles down, but people asked and asked and we were told we'd get a list of what does and doesn't work BEFORE the new version was put out. I haven't seen a list yet. Maybe I missed it? If I did, I apologize.
Now to go back and make some sense of the farms I have planted with crops that I don't need. :(

The link at the top of the FT screen toggles back and forth between the HTML5 version and the Flash version. When you don't see a feature, like neighbors, on the HTML5 version, it's because it isn't yet ready--so click the link again to get back to the Flash version to see your neighbors.

I play in fullscreen often, and while in fullscreen I was never able to type to interact with a farmer or send a note through the quest screen. I would have to go back to regular screen. One item I caught missing in new version. When I hover over the XP bar at the top it does NOT show how much XP to next level.

I was able to load 2 *active* copies of FT in the HTML5 version. I know the flash version blocks this and puts one offline. I have no idea what potential issues this creates. I did notice the connected icon doesn't go green in this version.

The farms increase in size nicely, but not the print. In using the HTML version, I was able to plant and harvest crops, but I could not plow the harvested fields that remained. I have only small tools (was 3x3 plower). I also tried with the single plower with no luck. It does let me plow blank areas of the farm. I went back to flash to test, and I could plow there with the tool on the harvested fields.
The farm I am trying on does not have overlaid trees or anything on the fields I am trying to plow (if that helps). Used Chrome as the browser. Rebooting did not make a difference.

I run my farms page at about 120% so not quite so small. Try that and see if it helps.

I always run at 125% and the print/icons etc are so small now, I changed it to 150% and it made little or no difference so I changed it back Other than that, I can't believe how fast the game runs. The game opens very quickly, planting and harvesting is much faster and more stable. Love it so far... other than the teeny, tiny print. ;) Happy New Year!!

Others have found the same thing. Facebook is closing the Gameroom in a few months. It seems that it does not support HTML games.

You will need to log into Facebook and go to Farm Town from the link in the left column of your home page.

Others have had this problem too. Try taking those tools you can't access out of storage and place on your farm, then click Save, then close and reopen your farms and place them back in your storage. Then see if you can get pick them up.

Don't know the answer to that, but I do know the older a laptop gets the more dust collects inside making them run hotter which makes the fan have to work harder when it is doing a lot of processing. I worked as an IT tech for the many years before retiring.

Otherwise, unless the HTML5 version is viable on my iPad mini, it could be the end of Farm Town for me, which would be very sad, since otherwise my old laptop is fine for my current needs.

Kudo's to the developers! The graphics are gorgeous. I have been in and out of the game several times since it was released in the limited version and have found that it is still slower to load than the flash version but that is not necessarily a bad thing. (Also switching between farms is still a slower load.)

Being a "methodical/pattern" farmer I have found a few differences that may or may not be issues that can be addressed. The one that causes me the biggest problem is a sensory one as I suffer from vertigo. When the game loads at the default focus level, not all of a farm is within the screen. When re-centering to the area which I wish to work (like harvesting my trees on the edges) the motion is so fluid it causes me to become a bit queasy and is disconcerting and uncomfortable. While I realize it is a visual cue it is very difficult to play while sick. (Zooming out makes it difficult to maintain the fine motor skill work with the mouse.)

As previously noted, when moving between the farms you must reselect the tool you were using such as the tree shaker whereas in the flash version you only had to select it once and it would travel with you between farms. When I plant Leeks, I stay in the game completing other tasks such as harvesting all trees and flowers as well as cutting down the other trees etc and doing all my fishing until such time as the leeks have matured to harvesting level thus being able to retain the appropriate tool between farms is a plus.

When watering there is no visible cue such as falling water to indicate the action had been taken. (I assume that the same would be true for the fertilization cue but haven't tried that out yet.)

The first time you load it, depending on how heavily your farms are loaded with things, it will be very slow loading as it has to load all the graphics for your farms.
You might try opening in Flash and then turn off the items in your preference for Show. Then try opening the html version and see if it will load.
Also if you are using the extension for keeping Facebook in the old layout you will need to disable that as it seems that is causing problems according to a couple others.

Just a note to compare versions and perceived problems with HTML:
1. In HTML many of my crops appear blurry. Gives me a headache after a while.
2. The "Edit Farm Name" bar isn't working. I use this to tell myself when crops are due in and what's on that farm. Especially important to harvest quick turn-around crops.
3. The letters/numbers in the Edit Farm Name bar are outlined in black in the Flash version. In the HTML version they are not, causing them to appear blurred.
4. The darker background is not as attractive as the Flash version. It also causes my eyes to have to adjust more. (Psychologically not user friendly?)
5. The notification bar that appears while farming is too frequent and actually not useful in either version. It tells me "This crop is not ready for harvesting yet" and happens when I'm fast clicking to plant new crops with the Harvest-Plow-Sow tool. I know the new crop isn't ready yet; I just planted it.
6. The tools in the HTML version are not labeled when I hover over them. They need to be.
7. When I hover over crops while choosing what to plant, the total available is not showing. Can't decide what to plant if I don't know, easily, what I have in storage.

I am on mydesktop with a very large monitor but I am zoomed at 125& and the tools, farm navigator, farm name, icons for connecting, settings etc is still extremely small.The rest looks good tho I have not tried any of the tools yet. The menus for choosing crops or buying from the store is microscopic too. That is the huge issue for me because if it stays this way I will have difficulty playing.

Others have had this problem too. Try taking those tools you can't access out of storage and place on your farm, then click Save, then close and reopen your farms and place them back in your storage. Then see if you can get pick them up.

Clearing your cookies and history does not remove Flash. You do have to enable the Flash as you have been doing for a while to be able to play.
What browser are you using?

If you are not using an extension to force Facebook back to the old layout, then are you using any extensions or plug-ins you may need to disable them one at a time and try to load the html version. That wayt you can tell if any of those are blocking it.

But I have no message envelope or any way to send a message in the new version.messageSince most are coming here with complaints, I want to come and point out a big plus for me !! I play in fullscreen often, and while in fullscreen I was never able to type to interact with a farmer or send a note through the quest screen. I would have to go back to regular screen. Now, with HTML5, I am able to type into the box while in fullscreen!! Yay !! Thanks for that!

the "Save" button is the one on the left up in the icon bar at the top.
I have mine set at 120% and everything is there. Try reloading and see if the bar comes back.

98.6 in Flash is a problem. As we do not have marklets yet in the html version you will not be able to sell through there until they are added. If you harvest any thing then you risk losing those or something else in your storage. I recommend you go to the market in Flash while it is available and sell off to lower your percentage down to at least about 80 - 85%.

I've tried out the HTML version. I am playing in Opera. Some points on it:

The right side is cut off on my screen, even in full-screen. Everything is still functional though. Like I just see a sliver of the toolbox, because 7/8ths of that box is cut off (but I can still click on that sliver to access my toolbox.) Same with my tractors for sowing, I just see a small sliver of their box.
With pop-up menu for sowing, both the top and bottompart is cut off. this also doesn't affect gameplay (like the bottom scroll arrow, I just see the topmost part of the arrow, instead of the entire arrow, but I can click on it and it will work.) Because the topmost part is cut off, I can't exist out of the sow screen if I decide not to sow anything (to get out, I have to click on a crop to sow), and then cancel by clicking on the green walking dude.

I keep a can of compressed air (air duster) and it does a good job of clearing the dust out of my laptop. I spray it in the vents and fan, after the computer has been shut off and cooled completely (the air from the can is pretty cold). I unplug it and take it out on the porch to do this. I don't have to do it often, maybe once a year. I can get it at department stores and as well as stores specializing in computers.

I have read all 18 pages of comments and want to thank Taz for reporting the small font, which is a big problem for me. The only other real problem, for me, is the super dark green background. Hopefully, the developers will lighten that up...make it closer to what is in the flash version.

Meanwhile, I will continue to play the flash version, until it is no longer available, because of the small font and the dark background color.

The html version is a restricted version. Nothing with the neighbors is added yet. The gas shows used when you harvest anything or plant, then when you finish and drop the tool the fuel "used" is restored.

It will look like it's using fuel, then should correct when you stop working. Make a note of how much fuel you have, do a small job, then stop and see if it corrects. If it does not, come back and let us know please.

With flash I had my browser set to 80%. When I tried the HTML5 a lot of stuff was not accessible until I went to my browser and set it back to 100%. Presto everything shows up now and you can reach it all. Fonts are plenty large enough and I am 74 years old.

The only problem I seem to be having is that when I load it, the thermometer gets almost to the end, and then it seems to hang for a minute or so until it finishes loading.

I, too, am having trouble with my 20x20 HPP not appearing in my toolbox and, in fact, all my HPP have disappeared from my storage in both Flash and the new version. They still appear in the toolbox in Flash.

Also, on my Farm 42, I have a stream consisting mainly of horizontal narrow rivers. These are now showing as vertical narrow rivers so my stream is disconnected. This issue also shows on Farm 30.

On Farm 2, my zoo, the animals are not loading. Have not really looked on other farms as I have chickens, pigs, cows, horses, llamas, etc., showing sporadically throughout my farms. Just very noticeable on the zoo as a single penguin is showing.

I had a look at your data and all your HPP tools are in your storage. Please open your storage and click in Items button. Then set it to Tools and the A/Z icon to Alphabetically and try to find your HPP tools.

You can also try the search tool to find them.

i HAVE A 2ND ACCOUNT i MANAGE AND i CANNOT OPEN HER FARMS IN ANY OF THE MOZILLA ROWSERS. tHE NEWEST VERSION OF wATERFOX CAME THE CLOSETS BUT THE WHITE VAR STOPPED AT ABOUT 90^ AND STAYED THERE. Oops sorry about the caps. Firefox and Waterfox on my desktop did not even load the white bar. This is on both computers-one is Windows 7 on a desktop , and one is Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 7. Also no matter how much I zoom the font and icons of tools etc stay tiny, esp on my laptop with the smaller screen, and if I zoom in too much things start going off screen. The farms do load fine in Chrome so I may try Brave for the 2nd account hat I manage. But my main issue is the tiny tiny size of the fonts/icons/tools etc. I actually like the darker green backdrop. Its easier on my eyes.

is your browser zoom at 100%? If not please try that. If it's not that, what controls are you referring to? Please describe what you are doing to get the tiny view of tools and these controls.

Display issues are still being looked at, the more specific you can be, would help. Thank you.

Hi, I am having a similar situation with missing combine tools. All the ones in between the 12*12 and 6*^ Ex are missing in the toolbar. I have checked and they are in storage. I have moved some from storage and put onto a farm and back again with no luck.

Try opening the toolbox, put your mouse pointer over the combines row and use the scroll wheel to move up the list. What you are missing is in the middle "page" of those but the arrows only take you to the top and bottom pages and not the middle one.

There isn't anything you can change to increase the size of any of the text and items on the screen. The developers are looking at this, so hopefully they can come up with a solution.

We can not keep using the Flash version because Adobe is shutting down Flash by January 12th and the browser makers may disable it completely before that.

As far as the new html version the developers are working on getting things working right. Please be patient while they work on it.

I am working on a desktop with a computer that is only about a year old. I use the Chrome browser. My farms in HTML5 and flash are virtually the same except for the migration stuff that is still missing and some background colours. I have not got size problems and I have no problems reading anything available because it is still the same as in the flash version. I just wanted to say while size is obviously a problem for some people it is not a problem for everyone. I am sure it will all get sorted out as these issues are raised. Thanks for all the hard work Devs.

The first time you open the html version it is slow as it must download all of the graphics for the new version.


Make sure your browser is up to date.


If you have any plug ins or extensions running like an adblocker or one that resets Facebook back to the old layout (not limited to just those) you will need to disable those. If you do disable one then be sure to close and reopen your browser.


The only other thing I can suggest right now is to try a different browser and see if it will load.

I can get the icons for the tools to appear but then if I scroll that column they will disappear. I can work with this as you can still select the tools when they appear. It is only on one laptop, tried another with same Win 10 and Chrome builds and the tool icons appear as they should. The only difference is the screen resolution. Non working laptop is 1920*1024 and the working laptop 1366*768. I changed the non working laptop to the same res but no change (cleared browser history etc).

The main difference between the screen resolution is that at 1366*768 the icons (in the top right corner) display the same size as the Flash version did.

Also, I see my flags are missing. I presume these were not included in this version.

In the old version I have 3 farms that are exactly the size of my combine and one click does it. It takes 3 now to get the whole farm harvested and planted. My thoughts are it will clear up over time, I'm just going to be patient and so happy the game runs more or less normal for me for what is available! Great job guys!

Try hovering your mouse pointer over the row for combines. Then either use the scroll wheel to move the pages (there are 3 pages of those) or hold the left button down and move the combines up or down until you see the ones you want. They are there, but it is harder to get those to show.
