There is a problem with doing that. The developers are aware of it , but have not fixed it yet. We do not know when they will get this fixed as they are currently working on getting the rest of the functions back into the game first.

I have checked your account and you have not purchased any coins or farm cash since last November.
You can can check this by going to your Account tab above your farms and then click on Farm Cash Activity Log.
If you were charged for them and didn't get them you will need to contact Facebook about this as they handle all transactions for buying farm cash or coins.


You have not done any jobs that you would earn coins for since the end of Flash January 12th.

This isn't a glitch about the current version of the game, but I can't post it in the regular forum. I have started doing SN work for a lower level player, so we use my tools since I have all of them. However, my Green manure spreader is not working (she has both types of spreaders), and my Purple sprinkler (she has the orange one). I do not have this problem with the other 12 people I SN for, and have it with no other tools - just the spreader and sprinkler. Again, sorry this is in the wrong place - appreciate your help.

You can post in the Help and Support (http://r1.slashkey.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=1) section in the threads that are open for posting. The first 3 at the top of that section are closed for posting as they are the threads for the developers. Any thread that is closed has a padlock icon showing on the left of that thread. The other threads that are closed are due to not having those features added back to the game yet.

Super Neighbours can not use their own manure spreaders on another persons farm, they can only use them when the farm owner owns those tools and those tools are placed in their item storage. The same goes for the upgraded mobile sprinklers (red,orange,green purple), any that they own must be placed in their item storage for you to be able to use them as a super neighbour.

Please check with the farm owner if all the manure spreaders and mobile sprinklers they own are in their storage and not out on farm.

Thank you for you user ID.

Could you have produced anything in your facilities that uses almonds or helped anyone elses' co-op that needed almonds? If you did then that's why you are out of them.

What you can do to get more almonds is request a gift of ingredients that will give you almonds as an ingredient, when you get one, store it then start that last step or you can work for someone that has almond trees ready to harvest to get some, but remember you only get a portion of what is harvested when working for others so you will need to make sure you harvest enough almond trees to get 1 box for your quest step.

I had 3 each of goats, cows, and hens for several days after exchanging all for non-animal gifts. Some were exchanged all for freshwater bait, saltwater bait, or eggs and ended up as these 3 animals that were never accepted. And I just now exchanged all my gifts for more chicken eggs and suddenly there are 3 horses in the gift box that joined the other animals there even though I know the animals are still being worked on and not able to be sent to storage. I did not accept them in the My Requests tab either. I even scrolled down the chart and saw them all exchanged for eggs but now some of the eggs are asking for hay.... :p

I tried this just as you have done and can't duplicate it. All I got was eggs and no animals. Animals will be the next thing released, so you have a choice. First JHuskey it doesn't have anything to do with linking your Facebook profile to Farm Town as it already is linked because yiou have to play through Facebook.
The problem is a Facebook problem in that they made a change somewhere that is causing the lists to not transfer for some. It is not effecting everyone. We do not know what they changed. The developerscan't do anything within the game to fix this as those lists only come from Facebook. I am sorry, but unless Facebook fixes this we can't do anything to help.

Please provide more details on your issue.

Are you fishing your own farms or for someone else? If it's your own farms, which farms are you having problems with?
What size is the farm or does the same thing happen on any size farm?
Does the farm have a lot of items on it, for example overlapped crops, overlapped waters and if those waters are over the entire farm or just off the edges of the farm.
Describe what you are seeing when you try to fish that's causing a problem.

I forgot it worked that way! Now of course Facebook is blocking the game as too fast merely for refreshing again and will not let me tell it that it is WRONG. It thinks Family Farm - a competitor to the best - is the same as Farm Town. I really wish they would fix the platform.

Hi freddygrl,

When you place items using the purple hand you may have to let the game catch up with you if you're going very fast, it needs time to load those waters to show them. Have a look and see if your save counter also has a red number on it when you do this, if it does and that number is climbing high then you need to pause and let it catch up with what you are doing before placing more.

No changes have been done to the purple hand in the last week so it's possible you have a slow down somewhere that's causing it. Waters and the purple hand are being tested at the moment for another issue so we shall check if what you are describing happens as well.

EDIT TO ADD: Current testing is not reproducing this issue.

Tiger is not available at this moment. This problem has been sent to the developers and it is currently being tested, up now there are no issues while lakes are placed without gaps and they are saving correctly but they will continue testing.

Please be sure you are not getting lot of red numbers in the save icon, if you get those, please wait till they go down and then continue with your work.

i am having issues with missing crops next day after planting...i wait till the counter stops taking coins to move on to next farm so not sure why this is happening...also having issues when working for other farmers it takes forever to move to some farms and i end up leaving..rehire does not work so can't get back..by time i realize am frozen i can't contact employer for rehire..any suggestions?

Generally, I am having to lay water THREE times on a farm before I can fill all the gaps. It has become a huge problem. I am aware of others in my group who say they have the same problem and have reported it. I wondered if there might be a fix coming?

Hi Lucy,
When you are planting your farms are you getting the red numbers on the savie button and are you waiting for those to go away before leaving the farm? Are these farms layered with staggered plots?
When you are working on others farms try turning off anything not needed for the work in your preferences. If those farms are heavily layered then it will take longer to load them.

Hi Judi,
The placing of waters is being tested currently, but so far have not been able to reproduce the problem. One thing is if you are getting the red numbers on the save button, you need to stop and wait for the saves to catch up before continuing, because if those saves do not complete then the data won't transfer and you will have the gaps.

We are not getting other posts saying they are not able to load the game and we have loaded your farms quickly.

Have you restarted your computer?

Please reset your router/modem for a minute and then check if you can load the game.

The game has no way of looping trying to restart, so maybe your computer is encountering an error and restarting it.

If you are having problems with 2 browsers and they are updated and all windows updates are done, then it could be an internet problem in your area. Sometimes one of the multiple links used to get facebook and then more links to get the game could have heavy traffic and then you have that kind of problems.


Im sorry you are having those problems but you will have to wait and continue trying to load the game from time to time.

Sometimes it happens multiple times per day. I have to clear the memcache to get the looping to stop .. but it only stays in effect for one session. If I leave FT and come back, it starts all over again. I usually restart the computer. It doesn't happen "every" time I come to FT ..
Just thought I'd add the information so that developers maybe look at it since it's not just one person affected. Thanks :)

What's the exact method you are using to get something out of storage? Are you using the purple freestyle (purple hand) for example or just opening storage and clicking on an item to place it?

Please list an example of the Items you are trying to move from storage to your farm.

Are you trying to place an item on top of something else?

It seems you started a new facebook account after purchasing your new computer.

I had a look at your data tied to your email registration and the last time you entered that account was on February 2nd.

No matter if you purchased a new computer you need to enter to the same facebook account to get your farms. If you had any problems with your credentials for that account then you need to work with facebook to get that account back.

If you wish you can also contact Support team. To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Im sorry but this is a Facebook caused problem that is effecting some farmers but not all of them. It usually effects those with large amounts of friends, but not always. The only thing you can do is wait to see if Facebook will correct the change they made or you can contact Facebook using the Report a problem.

In this version I have seen several times when the name bar changes to yellow and then quite a while later a message comes through from that person saying they will accept the work offer. This has often happened after I have already sent another person a work invite. I prefer to hire people to work solo so this has led to occasions where a second person I have invited has sent me a sharply worded message saying there is no work for them to do (because the first person has already hoovered it all up).

Can you do domething so when the invite changes from Orange to Yellow the work invite is automatically cancelled please.

We just tried this at market.

I was hired but I let the 30 seconds past without accepting the request.
As soon as the time past, the request disappeared from my screen so I was not able to accept it.

The farmer trying to hire me, saw my avatar name turned yellow and then he received a message saying: No thanks, Im busy now. Maybe next time.

Did you receive that message from the farmer you have sent the hiring request? or did you only get the message saying they were accepting the job?

Edited to Add: We tried the hiring again. This time, I accepted the request in the very last second before the request disappeared.
The farmer hiring me saw my avatar name turned yellow and then he got the message I had accepted the job. The message was shown up almost inmediately.
That was the only way we were able to reproduce in part what you are reporting.

We think that maybe there is a delay for you between the farmer accepts the request at the very last second and you get the the message.

Sometimes i get the numbers on the save button other times i dont. sometimes it will work perfect other times i just give up it is so bad I have 2 ID's and it does it on both so I think it could maybe the internet or my computer Also this error comes up in the FT console

Are those farms heavily worked, so you have crops, trees, flowers and/or waters on or under crops? Are all items showing up in your preferences while you work those farms?

Check your mouse. If it is a wireless one try a new battery or charge it if it is rechargable. If it is a wired mouse then the left button may be wearing out if you have used it for a while. I have gone through at least a half dozen wired mice because of the left button not clicking right any more.

OK, please be sure all updates are done for your browser and windows. Also you could try clearing your browser cache, the first time you load the game it will load slower as all graphics need to be loaded again.

Also reset your router/modem for a minute. Then see if those help with your problem.

When you work facilities for your friends, you could try entering the farms with everything hidden, and also check how many tabs you open to work them. Test if reducing the amount of tabs open, helps you.

Then it may just be internet speed which can chjange depending on how much traffic is on the links between you and the Farm Town servers. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do to help with that.

Did you receive that message from the farmer you have sent the hiring request? or did you only get the message saying they were accepting the job?

I had no problem copying and pasting one farm name from the next farm. Two things may be preventing it for you. When you paste the name into the second farm you do have to change something in it before accepting it as you can not have exactly the same name on multiple farms. The other thing is you might not be able to do this in full screen.

I had that to happen several times but only in the early days after the market was opened. I think because everything is not totally back to full capacity, at certain times of the day, the market is very slow and often I will try to hire someone and it simply won't respond and nothing will happen or it will go to yellow. I have found if I get to the market and there are lots and lots of "people" there seldom can I get a hired person to respond. I go back home, find something else to do and go back later. I read almost every day things people report so I can keep up and it would seem a big part of the problem is people are still expecting the game to operate just as fast as it did before. Often there are more people logged on then there is capacity for them to work. Many are trying to do super large jobs. Most don't understand it can take hours and hours just to find a small glitch and then correct it. Farm Town has come a long, long way since the beginning when all we had was one farm. Mary, Taz, and Tiger are doing a fantastic job answering people questions, often explaining the same things over and over. The developers who are working behind the scene deserve a medal for all the work they have already accomplished. I bow to you all in gratitude.

Please provide more details on your issue.

Are you fishing your own farms or for someone else? If it's your own farms, which farms are you having problems with?
What size is the farm or does the same thing happen on any size farm?
Does the farm have a lot of items on it, for example overlapped crops, overlapped waters and if those waters are over the entire farm or just off the edges of the farm.
Describe what you are seeing when you try to fish that's causing a problem.

Thank you for your additional information. I had a look at those farms and don't see anything there that should be causing a problem.

Fishing with the boats that you own does mean that as the amount of fish reduces in the waters it will get harder to get to get as many fish per click, you would have to refresh the farm to refresh the waters so you can catch more of the fish that's left in them.

I can see that you have everything showing in game preferences. If you like to do your farm work with everything showing like that, as you like to place a lot of items close to the waters and also on them, please select your fishing boat and see if the eye bottom right of your screen is showing fully open or part closed. If it's fully open please click on that eye to change it to part closed so that everything else hides as you fish.

Please also clear your FT memcache. To run memcache Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", which is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window. Then reload the game and see if that improves fishing for you.

If it doesn't, the easiest thing for you to do until you want to upgrade to the turbo boat is to hire someone at market to do you farm work for you or just the fishing if you prefer to only hire for that. Hiring a stranger at market will also get you more products than doing the jobs yourself as you earn an extra reward for doing that. There is usually plenty of workers at market that have a turbo boat or the bigger turbo boats and they will easily be able to get those fish for you.

Select a tool you want to use, then have a look and see if the eye bottom right of your game screen that shows when you have the tool in hand is fully open or partly closed.

To hide other items as you work that eye needs to be part closed. If it's fully open, click on it to change it to part closed.

I do understand you wait till the avatar name turns yellow, but when we tried the first time, I waited for the 30 seconds past, then the farmer trying to hire me received a sorry message and the request disappeared from my screen as soon as the time had past.

The second time, I clicked to accept the request in the last second, my avatar showed yellow for the farmer trying to hire me but he received the message I had accepted the work. That message appeared in his screen almost inmediately.

It seems in your case, there is a delay as you get the accepting message after you have already hired another farmer.

That happens when you encounter an error that the game does not have a message about. Are you seeing any error messages in the FT Console when this happens?
You can try just closing and reopening your browser and farms.

If that doesn't work to clear it try restarting your computer.

If that doesn't work you will need to clear your browser cache, close the browser and then reopen. The game will be slower loading the first time after doing that as it has to download all the graphics again.

I just looked at your data and you own many of them. When you click on the Start All at the top of the Faceility Manager you should see all the tools you have in the pop up. There are 11 of those Turbo tools. If you see all 11 then you have them all.

You can also check your Item storage as that is where they have to be to work. Set the filter to Tools.

Have only seen this error page a couple times, specially when testing. Only thing I can suggest is try clearing memcache and browser cache to clear out any errors.

Which farms? If you have the waters hanging off the edge then you will not be able to do them with the 3x3 fishing boat.

EDIT: I have checked several of your farms and you have gotten some of the fish. Since you are using a small (3x3) boat you will need to refresh the farm to be able to get the rest of the fish.

If you haven't already done so please close your browser for a few minutes, then reopen it and try again. If the problem persists then please also clear your browser caches as well, then close and reopen the browser and try again. First load after clearing browser caches can be slower while all the graphics for the game are loaded again.

Could you have produced anything in your facilities that uses almonds or helped anyone elses' co-op that needed almonds? If you did then that's why you are out of them.

What you can do to get more almonds is request a gift of ingredients that will give you almonds as an ingredient, when you get one, store it then start that last step or you can work for someone that has almond trees ready to harvest to get some, but remember you only get a portion of what is harvested when working for others so you will need to make sure you harvest enough almond trees to get 1 box for your quest step. Thanks for your reply. I think I know what happened. All of my almonds disappeared from my storage. When I went back to check on things, I saw that they were all gone and I spent most of our down time collecting harvests rather than filling my factories, so I can only assume that they are just gone. I don't know if anything else disappeared since I don't keep daily numbers like some players like to. Back to harvesting for me!

Are you only asking about service facilities or regular ones as well? Are you using Store All before you try to make or load products in you facilities?

Try opening your Facility Manager then search for whichever facility is not stocking all the products and have a look and see if there is a check mark added in the box on that facility. Then please also open the facility and see if there are also check marks in the boxes for every product that facility makes or stocks.

When check marks are removed from either the facility or from a product that facility makes or loads, that prevents them being stated/loaded using the Start All, Load All buttons at the top of the Facility Manager.

If she is trying to use the Start All at the top of the facility manager she does not have the tools for that. She only has the first level of those tools and not the Turbo tools.
The only Start All she can use with those tools is the one on each facility.

Which type of quest are you looking at? The regular quests only require 8 for the 2 FC, but the co-op quests require 13 to get 2 FC.

Please close ytour browser for a couple minutes and then reopen to your farms. If that doesn't work please clear your browser cache, close your browser and reopen again to your farms. Instructions for clearing your browser cache can be found in the following link:

We do not know what layering tricks will currently work or what will work in the future after they get the rest of the functions restored to the game. It will depend on what the developers find that the WebGL is capable of.

Ask the farm owner if they are also seeing the error when they go to that farm please, if they are not, can you please run memcache and also clear your browser caches so you get a fresh load of graphics for the game, then try those farms again and see if that has cleared the issue or not. First load after clearing browser caches will be slower while all the graphics are loaded again. If that does not clear the problem yes please try to get user ID and the farm number and name where you get the error.

If you have already done the following and the problem persists then you likely have the issue that Facebook needs to fix for the lists to show up again. I'm sorry but Facebook don't say when they will fix anything. Please check that you have already done these:

Disable any extensions added to your browser are while you try this to eliminate those as being an issue.

Hi marymarcel. I always wait for the avatar name to turn yellow before moving on to try and hire a new player. On at least three occasions now I have had the yellowed avatar player accept the work, at least once after I had hired a second player to do the same work. This is what really brought it to my attention as I was harangued (in a nice way) by the original hiree because the work had already been done.

I will keep an eye out to see if this happens again. If it does I will get approximate times and report those with the event.

Are you asking about in game messages? You should be seeing more than 5 messages from the same person in the show history if they are short messages. However, the previous messages are limited to only showing up to 300 characters (including spaces) of a long message. This is the same as it was in flash so if you're looking for an older message that is quite long, you aren't going to be able to see it all if it's more than the 300 count.

What items are you trying to overlap? If you are trying to overlap anything with workable items like crops trees flowers or waters on top of those, that's a layering method which we can't help you with.

You can read up about what each of the freestyle designers are for in the game guide, here's the link:

They will do exactly what they are meant for, overlap waters on other waters, overlap decor, buildings, facilities etc. When you overlap, you always need one clear spot the size a pine tree would use to place something closer to another one. I am sorry but they were never released for layering on top of crops etc or for putting something in exactly the same spot as another item.

We are aware that not all previous methods to layer are working. Layering can cause problems and is why we have never been able to help with providing instructions for those or allow anyone to post those in the forum. We can't tell you if all previous methods of layering will work again or if the ones that can still be done now will continue to work.

When you post errors, please provide more information, like what kind of job you doing at that time, if those errors prevented you to continue working, if you were at your farms or working as superneighbor, which browser you are using, if it is updated, if you tried another browser.

Im not sure which bonus you are talking about. When you work your neighbors farms you do not get the bonus chest, it is only available if you are hired at market by a stranger.

About cooperative quests they are fully working, and we do not have complains about them. If your friends are having problems with them then ask them to register in the forum and post the problems so we can check and help.

Are the errors causing you any problems doing anything in the game? If not you can ignore those for now. The developers are working on some of WARNERROR issues.

If you get a problems with the game when those errors show please list what it was you were doing when you saw the error appear and what it is preventing you from doing.

Thank you for your ID. If old crops that have been harvested are showing up again it's sounding like they were either not done first time, the work was not saved before leaving or refreshing the farm or it's possible that you could have corrupted plots.

Please supply the following information:

Did you harvest the crops yourself or hire someone to do them?
|If you did them yourself, were there any red numbers on the save icon before you refreshed the farm?
When you harvested them again, did they save that time?
What have you already tried to resolve this yourself?
Which farm is this so we can take a look at it?

I send them out to all my friends twice a day, and every time I would log on to the game (several times a day), there would always be gifts from my friends that I could collect. However, since sometime last week (can't remember when it started), the gifts I received from my friends are only visible for me to collect after there are 50 in total. Normally, they would be there for me to collect whether it be one gift, 7, 15, or 30. Now they only show up when there are 50. Just wondering if this is something that is still in the works to be looked into. Thank you!

Im not sure to completely understand but you are saying that if for example you have 30 gifts in the your My Requests, you do not see the number 30 in that tab till you get 50 gifts?

What happens if you open your My Requests tab, do you see the gifts no matter you didnt get 50 yet?

We know that there is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. Most of the time they will show back up in a few days in your My Requests.

You can try clearing your memcache (link below), a new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it is open in another tab. Then reopen and check your My Request tab again.

All trees/bushes/shrubs for decoration ONLY?

What you are asking about is layering and we are not allowed to post instruction for that nor allow any one else to post instructions for those. I am sorry, but we can't help you with this. We do not know what layering tricks are currently working or what will work in the future whenthe game is completely restored.

The very first neighbor you click on with multiple co-op quests defaults your "start" at the top of their list, but moving to subsequent neighbors on the list with multiple co-op quests defaults your "start" at the last (bottom) quest on their list and continues to default at the bottom of each neighbor's list. When you set the neighbors bar to Order by Cooperative Quests, you then have 2 ways to check your neighbors quests.

You can go from left to right. To do this, you have to click in the blue arrow to go to the left till you find your own picture. Then you start working from left to right and the first cooperative quest for each neighbor is showing at the top of the list.

But if you work from right to left then the bottom quest is showed first as it is like you go backwards.

Im not sure to completely understand but you are saying that if for example you have 30 gifts in the your My Requests, you do not see the number 30 in that tab till you get 50 gifts?

What happens if you open your My Requests tab, do you see the gifts no matter you didnt get 50 yet?

We know that there is a random problem that happens sometimes. It is a case of the data not transferring from Facebook to Farm Town as the gift processing is done through Facebook. Most of the time they will show back up in a few days in your My Requests.

You can try clearing your memcache (link below), a new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it is open in another tab. Then reopen and check your My Request tab again.

If nothing has changed then you can check the following link and see if your gifts are there Facebook Games Activity (https://www.facebook.com/games/activity)

If they are you can accept them through there or wait and see if they will show back up in your My Requests.

I am sorry, but there is nothing the developers can do about this. It is a Facebook caused issue and they will have to fix it. You can report it to Facebook but do not expect them to respond. That doesn't mean they do not see your report. If enough report it then maybe they will get it fixed.

If you are not seeing that, please reload the game and check again.

Hi Denolee,
Apparently your farms do finally load since you are asking also about crop plots. Are you clearing your browser cache either automatically or manually when you close your browser? If so we do not recommend you do this as that will delete all the graphics for the game and they have to be downloaded again when you open your farms. That would be why it is slow loading.
For the multiple crop plots that is layering and we are not allowed to provide any instructions for any layering tricks as that can cause problems with your farms.

Are the errors preventing you from going through the rest of your neighbours co-op quests or doing anything with quests? If they are not then they might be the ones the devs are working on to fix some neighbours pictures.

The last week or so , I have been re-working some farms to move stuff around with layering not working properly and have moved a lot of ponds and facilities to the outside edges using the Purple hand tool. Firstly, I am unable to lay down ponds from storage without the game locking up. Secondly, I have to buy all new ponds/sea coasts and what is happening is that a lot of ponds are disappearing and leaving large gaps in the lines of them. They look correct at first , then someone went to harvest from them and told me there were gaps and when I looked , sure enough they are gone.

You can can check this by going to your Account tab above your farms and then click on Farm Cash Activity Log.
If you were charged for them and didn't get them you will need to contact Facebook about this as they handle all transactions for buying farm cash or coins.

Are you talking about coins (the top line on the left side with a "C" symbol) or are you talking about Farm Cash ( 2nd line on the left side with "$" symbol)?

Your data shows 5 farm cash ($). The last time you leveled up was on April 27th and you got the 1 farm cash for that.

For coins you cashed out your service facilities yesterday and received 74,390,306 coins (C).

You do not get coins when planting or harvesting your own crops or when working for your neighbors as a super neighbor. The last time you worked for strangers was way back just before the end of the flash versions and you received coins in your bonus for that.

I am sorry, but I do not see any where that you have not received the coins or farm cash that you are supposed to.

If you have purchased coins or farm cash it is not showing in your data. When you buy cons or farm cash that transaction is done by Facebook. You can see that in the charge in your Paypal aaccount that it is paid to Facebook and not Farm Town or Slashkey. As the transactions are not showing up in your Farm Town account then you need to contact Facebook concerning this.


Go to your Facebook settings, then to the Facebook Pay. There is a Help in the left column to contact Facebook.

If their farms are heavily loaded and layered then it will take longer to load. The only things we can suggest is make sure you have turned off everything not needed for you to do the work before you go to their farms. You could also try clearing your memcache prior to going to work.
Make sure you do not have a lot of tabs open in your browser as well as that will slow everything down.

If they are not preventing you from continue working, then you just have to wait for developers to correct them.

I am getting very frustrated with FT Shackey and Facebook have a business agreement and if you say it is facebooks fault, that I can't send gifts or send boost request, Then you need to get after them to fix it. I have been very patient, I believe, and you are not dealing with the problem. Now I am done ranting, I think not passing the buck to facebook, but getting to the bottom of it, is the best thing.

There are a couple tickets open with Facebook for the same problem, not just from Farm Town. That is all they can do. Part of trying to fix this is trying to find the problem and why it doesn't effect all players of the games that use the gifting. I am sorry, but there is nothing else the developers can do but wait for Facebook to find what the issue is and fix it.

To take a look at the problem further the devs and possibly Facebook will need to be able to log into an account with the issue to be able to reproduce it.

It's entirely up to you if you would be willing to help out in that way, if you are then please contact the support team and let them know, but if you are not then you may have to wait until the devs or Facebook to have access to an account with the issue to be able look at the problem further.

You have them on a farm, probably the farm you were on when you bought them. Tools need to be in your storage to be seen in the Toolbox for using them.

What you bought yesterday were the 20x20 single layer tools, so those don't show at the top of each column in your toolbox. You should be seeing blue/green 20x20 tools further down each of the tool columns in the tool box below your smallest Ex tools which are green /red. Please scroll each of the columns in your toolbox and see if you can find them.

The developers are working on the various WARN errors showing up in the FT console. Those may all be fixed in the next release/update. If they are not preventing you from doing anything on your farm you can ignore those for now.

The developers are working on the various WARN errors showing up in the FT console. Those may all be fixed in the next release/update. The one you have is likely related to neighbours pictures. As they are not preventing you from doing anything on your farm you can ignore those for now.

No, they cant boost your trains. They can unload and dispatch your trains but you have to send the boost requests for your own trains.

Please contact Support. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. Layering can and has caused problems so we are not permitted to give or let anyone provide instructions for which layering methods may or may not be working at this time. I just visited your farm 16 and your Midwest American restaurant is showing correctly for me.

Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it is open in another tab.
Then reopen your farm and check if you can see that restaurant.

If that doesnt fix the problem, then clear your browser cache. Please take in mind that after the clearing, the game will load slower as all graphics have to be loaded again.
