ok, i did clear the cache and closed off the farms and came back in and it is still showing for me a tiny box with a question mark. unsure where to go from here.

I see in your data you cleared your memcache twice.

You also need to clear your browser cache where all the graphics are stored.

Those errors are about the pictures in your neighbors bar. Some of them are not being shown. There will be a fix for this error in the next release.
Those errors do not prevent you from playing.

Thank you for your ID. I am not seeing any problem with the language your have your game set to, but your avatar name may be what is causing a problem. It looks like you've tried to put symbols in it which we know can cause some strange issues.

Have you recently changed that, if not, when did this problem of not seeing anyone at market start?

Try clearing your FT memcache. To run memcache Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", which is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another browser window. Then reload and see if that helped.

If it did not, please click on the Account tab above your game screen and delete everything that is showing in the Name section, then just type a new name without any symbols in it, then click the Change button to save that new name and reload the game, see if that corrects your problem at market.

The ID you provide is incorrect as that account does not exist.


You have 3193623283 coins and 712469 fuel. Are you loading your farms from a saved link or from the Farm Town link in the shortcuts in the left column of your Facxebook home page? If you are using a saved link, don't as that does not load the current version.
When was the last time you bought coins or farm cash? You should be able to see that information in your PayPal account. You should also see any transactions you have done for buying coins or farm cash in your Facebook Settings section for Facebook Pay.

Animals have not been added back in yet. That is what the developers are currently working on. That is why the animal does not appear yet and you are getting the error message.

Additional information for you. I didn't ask you to try this as it wasn't working right, but it's worth you trying it if you are still having problems now.

All ingredients from crops, trees, flowers, animals, etc., and all items from facilities EXCEPT my fuel. Every time I went to sell a bunch of things, I wrote down the total of coins that FT said I would be getting. Those amounts were 2,465,286,165 and 736,836,427 and 530,506,822 and 562,159,250 and 183,495,570 and 65,612,613,066, and 1,319,656,338 -- which totals 71,410,553,638 coins. Add that total to my original amount of 123,101,966,747 and you get 194,512,520,385. However the total on my screen says I now have a total of 192,764,570,599, which is short 1,747,949,786. And, yes, I did refresh my game after I sold everything. Any idea why there is such a difference? My ID is 1419435523. Thank you!

As we do not get any sales you do in your data except for when you sell non-ingredients or when you cash out your services, then I can't verify how much you would get for those sales.

The only thing I see you have done today is unload and I assume dispatched 3 trains. Those would require coins to purchase the products for the trains to bring which could mean a difference in how many coins you had prior to selling.

I have thried two different browsers with the same result I hope this issue is corrected during the day, since I don't have much else to do, than play this wonderful game :)

You can still continue to farm as per normal on your own farms or Super Neighbor farms etc. Until this is resolved, you just wont be able to hire or chat.

The developers are working on getting the Facility Chains feature added back to the game.

Some features have taken a long time to convert to the new version, in the meantime, the new releases must also continue as usual.

just my opinion, but we do still have farming. It is at the base of everything else. But what would be the point of farming if there was nothing to be done with the produce. I like being able to farm and supply my restaurants. I like the Tastes of "whatever" because they use what the restaurant produce. Farm Town is complete universe. I like that.

I like the restaurants, and I'm OK with the "Taste of Whatever" (prefer the services that use products from multiple facilities). But 9 times out of 10 (or more) the new restaurants are FC and the coin facilities are things like laundry and luxury clothing. A more even split would be appreciated.

This usually happens when your browser encounters and error and "thinks" WebGL is disabled.

Please close your browser for a few minutes and then reopen it. If that doesnt fix the problem, then restart your computer.

If nothing works for you, then clear your browser cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

Since yesterday I have to, when working facilities from neighbors , click on EVERY single facility on each farm until I reach half and the mayor takes over.
That is a LOT of clicking when somebody has 140 facilities on a farm.

Hi Pustekuchen :)

To be able to work all facilities in all farms without moving from the farm you arrive, you have to have 2 trains dispatched with at least 10 farmcash cars attached to each locomotive.

Please check if your trains are dispatched and if all long cars are correctly attached by opening the train and counting the amount of cars showing up with a white background in the Freight cars tab.

If you think anything is wrong then let us know in which farms your trains are placed.

When the Chilean Restaurant is added I need to basically double my productions meet demand of 84 daily and 1260 for 15 days forcing me to buy 8 more Fish plants at $28 Farm Cash and 2 more Turbo Fish plants at $84/per farm cash - Totals $392 Farm Cash - Seems excessive.

The buttons are not missing, those facilities and services are set that way as some farmers considered them as offensive.

Some Production and Service Facilities are classified as "Funeral" and "Religious Facilities". They still produce or stock products and friends can work them, as long as they have not opted out of doing them, but you can not post facility work from these. If you want to opt out of working those facilities there is an option in your game Preferences for them, remove the check marks for "Skip Funeral Facilities" and "Skip Religious Facilities".

Any chance of getting a Turbo Rubber Factory and Turbo Cinnamon Factory? I own all the regular and client facilities, many multiples of most of them. I run out of basic ingredients after posting factories for others to work.
I love this game!!! Have been playing it since 2009. Have thoroughly enjoyed all the improvements that have happened along the way.

Any chance of getting a Turbo Rubber Factory and Turbo Cinnamon Factory? I own all the regular and client facilities, many multiples of most of them. I run out of basic ingredients after posting factories for others to work.
I love this game!!! Have been playing it since 2009. Have thoroughly enjoyed all the improvements that have happened along the way.

I have noticed this too lately. The facilities are being worked so fast that you don't have time to read the information. I am not sure slowing them down now would be a good thing though as the information shown is just a total for the farm and does not tell you what exactly you are getting.

I moved your post to the subject thread about the Game Migration Updates.
If you are talking about your level in the game you are at the level for the amount of experience points you have. You do not automatically get the new levels. You have to earn enough experience points to gain in levels.

The new update: actually I`m out and stop playing daily. It is really getting boring. New land expansions, another 3x producing factory and surely when you will run out of countries one day there will be a "taste of Eskimo" or "taste of Ohio" service facility one day. Any new ideas? Nope. Sorry, but which reason is there to buy FC ??? To get the same same but again same? Till some real new idea pops up, all neighbours will have stopped playing. Thousands of ideas are provided by players and all which comes out at the end is another 3x petrochemical factory and that stuff. Beside that some more "items" .... the items are not the issue, but where are the great ideas like in the past (quests, trains/ships, markets, superneighbours)??? Less and less people are playing the game and there is a reason behind it. Many don`t care about whether there will be all functions enabeled again. We need something NEW in this game.

Please be sure Firefox is up to date and also if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

The route you computer takes to each of those accounts is unlikely to be identical so it's sounding like there is a temporary connection problem happening when you're using the other accounts that you may have to wait out. Where that problem may be could be anywhere, there's no way to even determine if the accounts use the same Facebook app server either. I'm not getting any errors visiting them.

Ask the owners of those accounts to try them themselves, ideally from a different computer/location and see if they get the same connection error when they load the game. If it doesn't happen then, see what happens when they try to harvest the animals themselves when they can next be done, to determine if it was the action of harvesting the animals that caused the error.

Flash is dead. There are no new ones. If you are trying to use a link to the old Flash version it will not work. You have to get into Farm Town from either the shortcut on your Facebook home page or from the Play FarmTown button at the top of the forums to get into the current HTML version of Farm Town.
Some can play with Safari and others can't and have to use Firefox or Opera on mac computers. There is nothing Farm Town can do for that as it depends on how your computer is set up, not the game whether you can play with different browsers.

Hi Linda,

Check your browser is still showing up to date.

When you get the webGL disabled message, just close your browser for a few minutes then reopen it and then webGL should automatically be enabled again.

As you are getting this a lot, I suggest that you add a check mark in your game preferences for Compressed Graphics and then click the green check mark, close the game, reload and see how you get on using that.

Also, if you are not actually farming, don't leave the game loaded all the time in your browser when you don't need it to be.

If your struggling to load the forum as well, never mind the game then it really sounds like you may have an internet issue somewhere, perhaps a slow down in one or more of the links you need to go through. If it is that, you'll have to wait for whoever owns the problem link to find it and fix it for the problem to clear up.

I'm having no problems at all loading your farms fast. You did have a considerable amount of items showing in your game preferences (crops, trees etc) so I have temporarily turned those of for you so you have less to load when you next try.

Make sure that you have done the usual things like routine computer updates, browser clearing, browser updates.

It may be worth you also turning off your computer and also your router for a few minutes before you next try then only load the game and close the other tabs that are open in your browser so that all your computer is trying to do is load the game and nothing else.

If you're unable to load that either then you are likely going to have to wait it out.

Also check the FT console beneath your game screen and see if it's showing an error that mentions ConnectionError. It is sounding like you are having internet issues in your path to the game and the forum.

As the other moderators have said. Your problem is most likely an internet problem. For your game to work your data has to go through many links bw=etween you and the servers. Any one of thoe links being down or having problems can cause either slow loading, lost data, or not let you connect at all. We do not hve any way to test or get fixed any of those links. They are not under Farm Town's control. The only thing you can do is wait until it is fixed by the owners of those links.

I think you are talking about the Show work in the SHow Names section of the farm selector. Yes there is a delay. When you click on the Show Work, look below the box and it will show you a time before it updates. You have to wait that amount of time before it will update.

Posts with Facebook pop up problems!


It appears there is a problem with the Facebook pop up for posting facilities, belt bonuses, quest claiming farm cash, and ingredient request. The posts do show on your timeline and do work from there, but they do not make it to the My Requests facility and other wall requests.


This appears to be a Facebook problem in that the pop up is not clearing. Currently the only way to continue is to restart your farms. We are aware that the game is staying offline and that there are problems with Farm Town Requests showing up in both Show Facility Wall Requests and Show Other Wall Requests.

These have been sent of to the developers.

Remember if you have any crops needing harvested before they waste, you can work offline to do them yourself and so can your super neighbours.

For Facility Requests etc you can try your Facebook News Feed and set it to Most Recent to see if any friends posts are showing up there instead of going to each friends timeline to find them. The Most Recent option you can click on is on the left side of your Facebook News Feed.

Our apologies for the recent inconveniences and ask you to try to be patient while these issueS are investigated. It is very early in the morning for the developers so we may have to wait a while.

Small bug but annoying... Here's the situation: I have seven quests completed. Then I complete two more. The first of those two becomes the 8th completed, so I claim FarmCash for completing 8 in 7days. But then the other one "expires;" it says it is more than 7 days old (or was completed more than 7 days ago; I don't remember the exact language), so I lose it.

This has happened at least four times, and I'm not sure if there's a different order of completing/claiming to get around it.

I was able to reproduce your problem.

It only happens when you try to delete a chain for Export as products have to be sold. After reloading the game, if you click in Delete button again, then it works.
Deleting Import chains work correctly to me.

Ghosting facilities is a trick so there is no way for us to help you.

About your problem loading your ships, please be sure that your browser is up to date and also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

Try clearing your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm if it was open in other tabs. Then reopen your farms and check if the issue with ships is solved.

If not, you can also try clearing your browser cache. First time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

I can see my own post for green ink and my friends posts on facebook with the correct image. Some of them posted a few minutes ago.

I have plant 9 farms with arugula and had them harvested with no problems. This sounds like either a computer time problem or inadvertent layering. All of the mods have planted and had it harvested with no problems.

If you haven't already done so please check if your browser is still showing up to date, clear the history/caches in it, close the browser then reopen it and check wall requests again and see if that helps at all.

You could also do the same thing with other browsers and see if you are seeing a similar problem in them or one is better than another one.

It could be that those farms were enlarged and then added more items, like plowed fields, trees, flowers, water items etc.

Be sure your browser is up to date and also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac.

Also, after all jobs are done, you may close and reopen your browser and then check if that helped you. The more items on a farm the more memory you use.

If the problem continues, please let us know if you were working as a Super Neighbor or you were hired at Market or by a friend.

Achiote trees are only available as gifts. So you can exchange your gifts for Achiote trees and then plant them.

About posting your facilities, you cant see your own posts in the Wall Requests, only your friends are able to see those posts.

When I have a farm of spoiled crops, I can't hire someone just to plow that farm. It doesn't show as available in the selection window. The only way I can get someone to plow is if I multiple hire and there is something else on that farm that I can hire them to do.

Do you mean you are not seeing an option for Hire to Plow when you select which jobs to do, or do you mean that after selecting Hire to Plow that the farm with wasted crops doesn't show up to work in the Select Your Farms window?

In the Select Your Farms window, it should have been a brown background on that farm name instead of green, did you see any colour on the farm you hired for at all before you changed the hire to more than one type of job?

If so, we think it could be you are short of some ingredient when you try to do something on your farms.

Are you using the search box in the store to plant specific crops?

If you are using a seeder or harvest-plant combine to plant specific crops, please make sure that you have picked up the tool first, then use the search box to type in what crops you want to plant and it should show the crops meeting your search criteria to you.

If you were to try to search for the crops in the store first, without picking up a planting tool to use before searching , then that method won't show you the crops you searched for.


If that is not the problem please describe the exact steps you are using that isn't working for you.

Hi Linda,
The game has never been designed specifically for playing on portable devices such as phones and tablets. That said it will usually work on up to date phones and tablets, but not on older versions. We can't tell you which browser to use as what may work for one may not work for another depend on how their equipment is set up.

Hi tino,

I am sorry but we can not influence Facebook in any way about whatever reasons they have blocked you for a short while. Even if they were wrong we have never known them to lift a temporary ban early. When you report to them that their decision was wrong, that will get looked at, but they are not likely to respond in person.

We have no way of knowing exactly what you were doing on Facebook in the hours before you got the ban or what criteria Facebook has set to give anyone any temporary ban. Only Facebook could tell you what it was that they did not like.

Have a think back to what your were doing on Facebook in the few hours before you got that temporary ban and see if you could have been doing anything like posting the same type of thing to Facebook many times or sharing the same posts to perhaps several groups in a short time.

If you were doing something like that it might be that the automatized spam detection Facebook have set thinks you could have been spamming when you were not. That automation rather than look at the content of the post, will likely detect how many times and how quickly it was done and then set a temporary ban. That's the kind of thing a spammer would do and Facebook is determined to try to stop those to try to protect it's users.

For example, make sure that if you post bonuses or request ingredients that you only post a maximum of 5 of each to Facebook in the 12 hour period. If you also want to share those elsewhere on Facebook try slowing right down rather than post them all quickly to different areas and see if that helps you at all.

Beyond that there really isn't anything else we can suggest as we don't know exactly why you got the ban so no way of knowing if that could be related to what you may have been doing while playing the game.

Subject: Cooperative Quest Window Crashes

Problem: When working Cooperative Quests from a neighbor using the Show Cooperative Quests button.
When working from highest neighbor to lowest neighbor, when you hit a neighbor who has completed all quests, the Cooperative Quest Window Crashes.
It does not do this when working from the lowest neighbor to the highest. When you hit a neighbor who has completed all quests, you get the message "(name) just completed all cooperative quests" and running the quests moves on as it should.


Subject: Blue Dot for Quests to Work

Problem: When a neighbor has completed all quests, the blue dot is not deleted.
And clicking on this neighbors who has a blue dot gives the message "Only neighbors with a blue dot can be worked."


Subject: Facility Wall Requests Not Opening

Problem: When running facilities from the Show Facility Wall Requests Page, all too often, the neighbors facilites Do Not Open, and it requires hitting the browsers Reload Button to get their page to load.


Subject: Memory Leak on Facility Wall Requests Page

Problem: As we load and run each neighbors facility, some RAM memory is used, which is normal.
However, when you finish with a neighbors facilities and close the Tab, the memory is not released.
I can only run about 8 neighbors facility requests, before I have to make sure all tabs are closed, and then reload the Facility Wall Request Page to release the memory. If any other tab is open, then reloading the Facility Wall Request Page does not free up the RAM memory.


Not a Bug, but a Suggestion for improvement

Subject: Multiple Duplicate Facilities Posts per day by some neighbors.

Problem: This inconsiderate action of multiple posts by some neighbors causes two problems.
The first is, due to the short cut-off length of the posted facilities, many neighbors do not get their facilities run, because they scrolled off the bottom of the list.
The second is, due to the large number of neighbors posting, you cannot remember which ones you already worked.
Reloading the page does make some of them appear in pink, but not if additional products were added even though you already ran them, or if their product count is zero or a few more than zero.
Facebook no longer has the List Option, which was how many ran the facilities posts.

Solution: Perhaps the program could be modified to add a checking feature to see who already posted a service or factory facility that day, and delete all duplicate posts on the FT Wall Page for same. In other words, when they post a new service or factory facility, all older posts for the same service or factory will be deleted.
This should be done regardless of whether they post a different facility type, because a post is good for 48 hours I'm only suggesting to delete all duplicate posts over perhaps 20 hours.

Are you using the search box in the store to plant specific crops?

If you are using a seeder or harvest-plant combine to plant specific crops, please make sure that you have picked up the tool first, then use the search box to type in what crops you want to plant and it should show the crops meeting your search criteria to you.

If you were to try to search for the crops in the store first, without picking up a planting tool to use before searching , then that method won't show you the crops you searched for.


If that is not the problem please describe the exact steps you are using that isn't working for you.

I just tried what you said and it works for me.

I opened the store, then click in the search box and typed the name of the crop.
I tried this with the tool in my hands and with no tool at all, and it worked for me both ways.

Are you clicking in the search box and then you start typing?

Are you using a saved link in your browser to load the game? If so, please use the game icon in your facebook home page.

That message is from Facebook not from the game.

Do you remember if you got any warning from facebook for doing something they think is against their community rules? Maybe sharing links to different facebook groups or posting facilities, bonuses, ingredients very fast.

In any case you could contact Facebook using the Report a problem but not sure they will answer you.

The game is played through Facebook which means some of the interaction between the game (like getting user information for request) has to come from Facebook. If there is glitch and the data is not being sent to the game by Facebook then you get that Facebook message. There is nothing the developers can do to the game to fix this happening.

I sounds like you have a slowdown somewhere, that could be internet or perhaps an issue with getting that data about your friends from Facebook, both could be temporary. I've not had any slowdown with the lists myself.

Hi kretoby10,

What you received in fuel would not have been enough to do everything on all of your farms which is why you have run out now. You will need to collect far more fuel tanks than you have been doing before you refuel to be able to get enough to do everything on all of your farms.

For example on your farm 18 you have layered fields, just to harvest and plant that farm would have used up 2400 fuel alone. I fuel per field to harvest and if you wanted to plant 1 more for each field to plant. Plowing harvested fields doesn't use fuel.
When you add to farms or expand and add to them, you must remember to consider how much fuel they will need to work the items and plant what you want on them and also consider how often you need to plant them.

What you could do now is ask your friends to send you gifts of Fuel Tanks as often as they can to try and build the amount of Fuel tanks up quickly before you refuel. In the meantime you can hire others at market who have plenty of fuel to work your farms for you, and as you do have some super neighbours you could ask them if they are able to plant for you using their own fuel as you have run out.

For your other issue about skipping to another farm while you are harvesting, which of your tools were you using when this happened?
If you are using a mouse in the game and it uses batteries or is rechargeable have you checked those or if it's a wired mouse have you tried a different mouse? Any mouse issues can cause strange thing to happen if they are low on battery or missing or delaying clicks for some reason.

Could you have added more friends that play the game recently which would mean you have more friends on the lists?

Are all the lists doing it or is a specific list? Please check if the other options like neighbours, recently sent to, farmers helping me are also slow to load.

If you have not already checked for browser updates, please do so.
If you have more than one browser open when you try to boost a train please close the other ones.

I'm not seeing that you have run memcache for the farms in your signature. Please do that, here's the link:
Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared.

Then close the browser for a few minutes, especially if you've had it open for a long time before try to send boosts for any trains.

When you reopen the browser make sure that you only open one tab with the game loaded and then check if that list will load any quicker for you. You don't have to send any boosts, all you are doing is checking if the list will load faster.

I have replied to your other post about trains it is above what you just posted.
You should ONLY be posting a total of 5 bonuses and 5 ingredients requests within the 12 hour time frame. If you are able to post more than that, I suggest that you stop doing it.

If you are also sharing any of those same posts again on your own timeline or to other areas of Facebook then what is likely happening is that Facebook thinks you are spamming when you are not because you are sharing the same thing many times. As long as you keep doing that, they will continue to block you, then the more you do it the longer the ban will be.
There is nothing we can do about that. Once you post something from the game to Facebook that is then under their control as to what you can do with that post. Facebook will change the criteria from time to time to automatically detect spamming behaviour to protect ALL Facebook users.

•When I load FT the past few days, I have been receiving a pop-up message saying I have either clicked on a link that no longer exists or I don’t have the right to view. I close the pop-up and continue to play. This has happened on multiple accounts and on multiple browsers (details below) but it is intermittent without any pattern I have been able to detect.

•I have started getting this message in the console section (not a pop-up) on this account: 2022-04-10 18:39:33.003 WARNEXCEPTION: Ajax.Notify_Caller - Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

•When ghosting facilities, I have occasionally been getting a message in the console that I don’t have screenshots of right now but I remember the word ITEM and the word RECIPE being included. When this happens, the game freezes and I have to reload it. I don’t know if this is related or not but I sometimes my facilities are not giving me accurate information on missing ingredients (when I look under the actual fac, it shows it is under 100% but I don’t have anything pending to start. When I look at the ingredients, it indicates I still have more than enough. But when I look at the facility that gives me the first ingredient or two and look at what I need there, it shows I have 0 of that ingredient – not the same number of what it shows under the individual facility). When ghosting today, I have the below messages (one of the first, long one and multiples of the 2nd shorter PlayerLoop message):

My user ID is 1516504880. I have a few issues to report that may or may not be related:

•When I load FT the past few days, I have been receiving a pop-up message saying I have either clicked on a link that no longer exists or I don’t have the right to view. I close the pop-up and continue to play. This has happened on multiple accounts and on multiple browsers (details below) but it is intermittent without any pattern I have been able to detect.

•I have started getting this message in the console section (not a pop-up) on this account: 2022-04-10 18:39:33.003 WARNEXCEPTION: Ajax.Notify_Caller - Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

•When ghosting facilities, I have occasionally been getting a message in the console that I don’t have screenshots of right now but I remember the word ITEM and the word RECIPE being included. When this happens, the game freezes and I have to reload it. I don’t know if this is related or not but I sometimes my facilities are not giving me accurate information on missing ingredients (when I look under the actual fac, it shows it is under 100% but I don’t have anything pending to start. When I look at the ingredients, it indicates I still have more than enough. But when I look at the facility that gives me the first ingredient or two and look at what I need there, it shows I have 0 of that ingredient – not the same number of what it shows under the individual facility). When ghosting today, I have the below messages (one of the first, long one and multiples of the 2nd shorter PlayerLoop message):

Just IN CASE you need it, this is the information about the accounts I have in case it helps to figure out if it is related to the facilities, or browser, or a combo:

•This account: ID #1516504880; usually on Edge; lots of facs that I ghost and post
•Secondary account: ID #100008336897641; usually on Opera; some facs that I post; ghost from the first account sometimes.
•Another account: ID #100113540612868; usually on Chrome; no facs; I have seen the pop-up message here but not the others.
•Last account: ID #809993348; usually on Firefox; some facs; don’t use them much and don’t post but occasionally ghost.

First of all you have to be sure your browsers are up to date. Also check if you have any pending update for Windows or Mac in case you use it.

The pop up your are getting is saying the content is not longer available? If so then it could be there is a problem transfering data from Facebook to the game. As the message is from Facebook, then you could contact them using the Report a problem in Facebook settings. Im sorry but there is nothing the developers can do to about this.

About the following error: WARNEXCEPTION: Ajax.Notify_Caller - Exception: System.NullReferenceException

What were you doing when you got it?
Did this error prevent you to continue working?

For the other errors, Im sorry but you are getting them while trying to ghost facilities and that is a trick and we cant help you with those.
I can only tell you that the errors in the Console about recipe are usually tied to not have enough of something to fill facilities.

To know if you have or not enough ingredients, then use the Ingredient Planner in your Facility Manager.
You can set it to All Facilities, 15 Days (it is a full run to 100%) and By Missing.
You can put a check mark to "Include disabled products" and then click in Update button.
If you see an item with red numbers into brackets, that is the amount you need to add for that period time (15 days)
You can change the time to different options.

2. Updated my chrome browsers to the latest version, and now I get a Slashkey does not support webGL error and and I have to reload. This happens only when working facilities, with multiple tabs open, usually around 5 or 6 tabs).
(I have two computers, updated both their Chrome browsers, so this now happens on both computers)

You know you can only change ports positions while you are preparing your ship. So I understand that nothing happens when you click in the little hand and try to drag the port to other position?

I just tried with my own ship and had no problems. Please clear your memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open.
Then reopen your farm and check if you can change ports positions.

About your problem with Chrome, last version is 100.0.4896.127
When you get the WebGL is not supported, then, close your browser and reopen. See if that fixes the problem. If not then restart your computer.

If nothing worked for you, then clear Chrome cache. The first time you load the game after the clearing, it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

A few times I have hired people to do work, and they will comment that nothing was ready on one farm. I will try to find out more if this happens again, as I didn't pay too much attention until I noticed this problem with my flowers on farm 13 today.

The only thing I can suggest is try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and check again.

The only thing that can throw the Show Work off that bad would probably your computer date & time as the game depends on that to set the times in the game.

When I try and send gifts and the list box pops up i see an error. My User ID is 100000709594317. It says "0" does not resolve to a valid user ID. It was working fine and just quit.
