Migration is NOT complete as we do not have the lozenge to help us navigate around a farm. without it it makes working on a farm difficult. I also cannot send gifts like the previous person.

Hi, like the previous 2 posts, I can't send gifts from the gift tab, and I also can't send requests to boost my train. Thanks !

When sending or should I say trying to send out train boosts I get this message ""0" does not resolve to a valid user ID" USER ID number ( 100000972397961 ) Thanks

Like all the above people it is impossible to boost trains. when you click on boost it gives an error. This has been happening for more than an hour.

The developers and support are aware of the problem and it looks like we will have to wait on Facebook to fix it again.

HI Keef,

I am sorry you still have the older issue. You have contacted support about that previously and if that part is still not resolved for you, there really isn't anything else we can suggest for that one, we can't force Facebook to do anything. The bug is still listed with them and is still assigned to a team and they have been asked for updates.

Today I can't send gifts, trains, or quests. Popup window shows no valid user id. Attached JPG.:eek:

When trying to get names to boost my train I get the following error message.

"0" does not resolve to a valid user ID

Nothing I do changes this so I can not get boosters for them.

Hi farmers :)

The issue for sending gifts and trains boost requests is fixed.

Please reload the game.

If that doesnt work then clear your memcache.

100001369549899 Please fix the hiring problem at Marketplace. I ask someone to work, their status turns yellow, than later, I get a message that they are accepting and going to work on my farms. I have already hired someone else, and that person gets upset with me hiring another person. Many other farmers also have told me about this problem. Also checking the Quote message in reply? box doesn't work.

thanks for the reply but personally I think having the issue for 12 months is wrong, like many others I put actual $$$ into the game and am frustrated that the issue is still unresolved for such a long time

Hi Keff,

I am sorry we are unable to help further.
The devs have supplied everything Facebook has asked for to try to fix it.
We have no idea why that one is taking so long for them to resolve.
You could contact the support team if you wish and see if they can tell you anything different.

where do I find the right place to contact the support team, I have sent several messages over the last 12 months, have never got a reply so I don't know if it was sent to the correct place or they even got it

To contact our support team, the method has not changed. Here's the information and what to check for if you are having trouble finding their replies. They would have responded to every support ticket received.

Please contact Support for this as there isn't anything we can do about it through the forums. Please try to be clear about what the issue is and what you have already tried to resolve it yourself.
To contact Support, click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Please be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

If it was quite a while since you last contacted them and the reply had gone to a section of your emails that automatically deletes emails over a set amount or a set time, then you may no longer be able to find the older response to your previous ticket.

Only the developers know when they will have a release ready and they do not tell us in advance.

I am hoping the Devs will switch to New Release (date) since Game Migration Updates (date) are no longer relevant. Game Migration complete! Then we will know - when the thread is closed for comment. Update is coming soon!

All of this is very old. I don't know where else to put my question. When will there be something new? It's been a really long time? Also, Mother's Day is around the corner but not up yet. Are y'all ok? Is Farm Town doing ok?

Everything is ok with the game, it is only we are still testing some features.

About Mother's Day decors, they will probably be released later today.

Yes, belts/dan are added for several factories at the same time, hopefully we will get them sooner than later :)

The developers do not tell us in advance of when we will get a release or what will be in it. You will just have to wait as the rest of us are for the developers to release the next update and see what is in it.

Will we be getting back the New Release info and when they shut like it was before the migration as it was easier to follow and quickly find what's there month by month. Looking forward to the next full release and level update

Hi Alexm :)

Please restart your computer and see if the problem is fixed.

If not, then clear your browser cache. Just take in mind that the first time you load the game after the clearing it will load slowly as all graphics have to be loaded again.

If that doesnt work for you, try another updated browser you have in your computer and see if you get the same problem.

Ukrainian Restaurant not loading recipes with chicken in them, states you need more Chicken in storage!!!
Chicken is not shown in the ingredient planner.

The new update hasn't been posted yet, and there are issues with the new facilities... but I have already been given a coop quest that requires an item from the Ukrainian Restaurant and the final facility is the Taste of Ukraine. Seriously??

Taz... I commented on my getting a coop quest for facilities that haven't been officially released yet. I don't have them yet. I'm sure most of my coop neighbors don't have them yet... or even know about them yet. I think that's an issue that should be fixed, also.

They have been officially released. I am sorry, but when they add the new facilities those are also added to the lists for quests to be able to assign.

Taz, where are they officially released (except in the Store)? Raul hasn't posted the update yet, and there's no notification on top of the game screen about a new release yet. They should stop giving out coop quests for the new facilities until Raul posts the update details!

Raul has not posted the release details at the time the release has been sent out to the players in a very long time. If you want to make a suggestion for a change please post it in the Suggestions section.

That is what the suggestions section is for so you can ask them. It has been this way since the release of the first quests. I am not going to ask Raul.

What were you doing when you saw this error, did it prevent you from doing anything in the game?

Please check Firefox is still showing up to date, update it if it needs doing, close the browser, reopen it and then try the exact same steps you were doing and see if you get the error again. If you do please provide the steps that reproduce the error.

I have not had any requests for over a week. No gifts are showing even though I know people have sent some. I also have been sent a neighbor request but it is not showing either.
