Those have not been added back to the game yet. Please go to the 1st post on page 1 of this thread (http://r1.slashkey.com/forum/showthread.php?t=650134) and read what is there so you are all caught up with what is currently available in the game. There is a list towards the bottom of the post that will help you and we will update that list as we get features added back.

Hi rosiebud,

Check the amount of xp as you work rather than look for the bar moving as that hasn't been added back yet. You should see that your xp is still climbing as normal even though the bar isn't moving. Once the devs have finished working on that part you should jump up to the level for experience points you have already earned, and receive the appropriate amount of farm cash.

The gift box has not been added back yet, for the time being you can't use the gifts you have already accepted so far.

Is there a way to see how much time until things pass: irrigation, fertilizing, crops ready?
I would like to know WHEN I can water crops, when manure expires, when crops are ready. In the Flash version we could see these stats but I don't see any way now.

Also, when I plant seeds the farm still shows as "plowed" when hovering cursor over it. It does not show what has been planted until I RELOAD the farm. Is this a bug or something needing developer action to come like 99% of the game still needing attention?

We all appreciate your hard work answering all of our questions & the Developers hard work converting out our game.

I have been harvesting Crops, Trees, Flowers & Fish everyday and of course not using any of these and my totals have greatly increased. But I started out with a storage % of 83% and it hasn't changed.

My question is, "Has the Storage % been turned off and we are going to loose a lot of products when it gets turned on. Or are we going to be able to keep our grown products and let the facilities lower these down through the normal course of playing the game."
I have over 1.7 billion units of crops, almost 700 million animal products, over 1 billion fish, over 255 million units of flowers and almost 1.3 billion tree products.
I have worked hard to build this inventory up and would hate to loose it because I wasn't able to use my facilities to help control it. (My inventory)

Should I quit planting and harvesting until the game is back to normal??

Those features have not been added yet. For crops, as soon as you plant them, they show how much time to be ready and when you irrigate them that time changes to give you an idea of how much time you have to wait. For fertilizing, you can see the farm grid turns green when farms are out of fertilization.

I dont have problems planting crops, so please run memcache, link below, to see if that helps. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings, close that window and your farm if it is open in other tab. Then reopen your farms.

If that doesnt help you, then clear your browser cache. Take in mind the first time you load the game after the clearing it will load slower, maybe you have to wait 5 minutes, as all graphics have to be loaded again.

When you add to your crops, flowers, trees, animal products, etc. in your storage you are only increasing the total amount of an existing item. That does not increase the storage percentage because you are not adding a new item. Where your storage goes up in percentage is when you are adding new products that weren't there already (non=ingredients) or say large boxes of a crop when you hire someone to harvest for you.

For the last problem it should show you the crop and time as soon as you set the tool down or it is dropped when farm is all planted. You should not have to reload your farms. At the most you might have to refresh that farm.
The othe to tool tips along with many others have not been added. Please be patient until they are added.

Crazy question. When I am seeding a field, and want to remove a seed or line of seeds to fix a mistake, I can remove the seed, then I have to go to a different field and come back so I can plow where the seed had been, and then I have to go to the different field and come back so I can plant on the place I just plowed. It's not a huge problem for me to do that, but it is annoying. Is a "fix" for that coming?

Try just clicking on the same farm in the farm selector to refresh it. That way no loading another farm and saving on clicks.

I accept gifts from my neighbors, but nothing is showing in my gift box. I also do not have the ability to go Market through my Storage.

I am only able to send gifts, plant crops and harvest crops. That is all I am able to do on my farms.

With no timeframe for other items, I am thinking that I will be losing all my neighbors and be playing alone with no hope of advancement.

Very sad to have invested about 12yrs into this game and now can no longer enjoy it.

I have moved your post to the thread about the Game Migration. Please post here any questions or problems about the new version.
You do not have a gift box yet, but you can leave your gifts in the My Requests and they will be there after we get the gift box back.
If they told you tomorrow the facility manager (as an example) would be released and it wasn't because they discovered problems with it then you would be upset because they didn't release when they said. Sometimes and more often than not the conversion between l;anguages will not go smoothly.
Please be patient and know they are working hard at getting this completed. It is not fun for them and very frustrating, nor do they want tobe delaying the release of the rest of the functions.

The developers do not tell us in advance of what they are working on for release. The only thing you can do is watch the first post of this thread for any updates.

Just to add some information to this with facilities not working in the Unity version then Neighborhood Chains Contest, Super Facility, Facility Chains, and both quests will not work in it until facilities and those functions are added back in.

Will we still be able to layer, plough under, stack, and add facilities onto the stacked/layered farms?. I assume we will be able too once things get back to normal as my farms still show it being done. I have attempted to do this in the new version on an experimental farm. I can layer to a certain degree but once done, items can't be added back and vice versa. Once the space is occupied by a ploughed plot or a facility, that is the end of it. My sincerest thanks to the developers as rewriting code and adapting previous things is not an easy task. Many thanks in advance

The map is not available yet. As there are 6 items in that map it will take some time to get that working.

Because the map is not available then no they can not get to the markets the normal way. You canb get to the trading market to sell if you need to through the storage. Open your storage and click on the button under a product to go to the market to sell. That will open the selling part of the market for you.

They told us months ago that these features would not be online for a while. Please be patient (hoping they will start coming online this week myself) and keep safe and not become A PATIENT while finding other things to do while waiting. I am planting a lot of leeks and wearing out the touch screen on my cell using the timer app. We can sell crops by clicking the storage locker and then clicking any one Go To Market button. It opens the box you would normally see there even though the markets themselves are still offline. And fuel is the only gift that can be stored using the gas can next to the fuel number in the upper left corner of the game.

The only thing I can suggest is to harvest all your pigsties that you currently have twice a day as they can be harvested every 12 hours. The gift box is not yet available. As soon as it is then you can add the pigs you have in your gift box.

Today I am experiencing very, very long delays when moving from farm to farm and also some issues with planting. I have not been able to seamlessly chose the correct seeds from the store. Something seems to have back slid. Was really enjoying the new speed and now it is very laborious. Hope this is only temporary.

Try clearing your browser cache, close the browser and then reload your game. You can also try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

I know your all VERY busy but been a week since last update

1 - a best guess ETA for SNing
2 - without flash we can no longer put trees/flowers on top of fields or facilities but there just is not enough real estate even with 43 fields at max size to put the number of them on bare ground by themselves, is a solution for this problem coming? eta for it?

I was really hoping to clean up my fields during this down time but I can not move/relocate trees and flowers ,,,, or even facilities with purple hand as when take them out of storage we're still needing to put them in a totally clear spot before can move them where we need

1 - a best guess ETA for SNing
2 - without flash we can no longer put trees/flowers on top of fields or facilities but there just is not enough real estate even with 43 fields at max size to put the number of them on bare ground by themselves, is a solution for this problem coming? eta for it?

I was really hoping to clean up my fields during this down time but I can not move/relocate trees and flowers ,,,, or even facilities with purple hand as when take them out of storage we're still needing to put them in a totally clear spot before can move them where we need

The gift box was not added yet, you can go to the first post, first page of this thread where is posted which features are available right now and which ones have not been added yet.

You can scroll down that page for more usefull information. We will update that thread as soon as new features are added.

This is getting very boooring waiting for something to change! I am sorry, but the developers are working hard at getting the remaining functions out. This is not a simple game and takes time to program and test each function to make sure it integrates correctly. The only way you can empty it currently is to open your storage, click on the Go to market to sell under any product there, then when you get to the market click the tab for gifts. The only thing you can do is sell them.
It would be better just to wait for the gift box to be added. The gifts you have in your My Requests will stay there until you can accept them.

The animal sheds on farm 1 will not show the message of what has been harvested, but if you check your storage it will have stored them. This is a known bug that has not been fixed yet.

I was so glad just now when I saw there was an update tonight! The Super Neighbour is such a big thing for those who have only the smaller tools. I cannot thank you all enough for the effort you have put into this game to allow us to continue to play. As a former computer programmer (40 years ago, yes they had computers back then!) I know only too well the intricacies of getting a program such as this rewritten, fully tested and working. Kudos to the whole team and all the moderators here in the forum. Your job cannot be easy with the constant questions and complaints.

The animal animations have not been changed over yet, so you won't see those yet. Yes you can send and receive them as it is just graphics that have not been added yet. Please note though that Raul did say you can only move them to the animal sheds on the current farm at the moment. You can not add them to storage.

Notice one problem working my wife's farm is that one farm planted and watered, the watered took as it can't be watered and she shows it AS watered but this one farm has not had the harvest time cut in half. But under the farm selector show work it shows as it IS ready to be harvested but when going to it is isn't ready. Can't figure out now how she can get her farm ID?

We dont have a way to check how many Clydesdale were there before so the only thing I can offer you is to contact Support.

To contact them click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

Please check that the time (hour, minutes, AM/PM) and date (day, month, year) are ok in the computer, if any of those are off then this kind of problems could happen, specially by the time you irrigated that farm.

In your wife farm, you can copy her id number which is showing up in the message above her farm screen.
Just post it here also adding in which farm it is the problem so we can visit it.

Just to add some information to this with facilities not working in the Unity version then Neighborhood Chains Contest, Super Facility, Facility Chains, and both quests will not work in it until facilities and those functions are added back in.

I just tried what you say and I had no problems. I can plow new plow, delete them and plow again.

Are you trying this in your own farms or in a SuperNeighbor's farm?
If it is in a SuperNeighbor's farm, then you can only do that on a farm with design privilages, but the design for SuperNeighbors has not been added yet.

When visiting a neighbors farm, there used to be an icon in the lower right corner of their farm saying who's farm we are on. That is now missing and if you are visiting several neighbors farms, there is no way to know where you are unless that farmer has left his name in the farm name as in 'XXXXXfarm 1'

Try clearing everything out for that SN in the edit super neighbor, close your farms and then reload. Then add back the functions you want them to do. They should probably also restart their farms after you have re done their functions.

As you do not know the name or names of the fish missing I don't know how we can check your data for them.



Please try clearing your memcache (link below), then when the page of unsetting text opens close that as it is done.
If your farm is open close it. Then reopen and try again.

I rather play the flash version and strongly suggest that you need to keep two methods for the FarmTown users:
~ Flash
~ HTML/WebGL

By that way, I would rather choose Flash method because it is much easier for me to play. HTML/WebGL has caused me stuck and freeze for more than 2-5 minutes...like CRASH. I am sorry, but there isn't any way to bring back the Flash version because Adobe has shut down Flash completely.


Please try going to your preferences at check the box for Compressed Graphics, then reload your farms and see if that helps with the freezing up.


Also try clearing your browser cache, close the browser and then reload your farms.

Thanks for where to see her ID. Problem worked out when the time we COULD harvest arrived but it WAS a bug as times were fine, farm selector showed it irrigated but when we went to the farm while it did show as irrigated it did NOT cut the harvest time in half. Resolved for now. TY

I primarily use the Google Chrome browser to play FarmTown. I have tried to find the "Compressed Graphics" within Preferences but I don't see anything. Nothing. How do I find the "Compressed Graphics" on the Chrome browser?

Try clearing everything out for that SN in the edit super neighbor, close your farms and then reload. Then add back the functions you want them to do. They should probably also restart their farms after you have re done their functions.

Could you ask 2 of your superneighbors having this problem when trying to work your farms for their id numbers? They can find their id numbers in the message above their game screen.

I removed your picture as it is too large to fit in the forums correctly.
I am not sure what you mean by "rising crop fields", but if you are talking about the message on the picture that happens if you accidently click on fields that you already planted. Maybe you are clicking to fast and getting a double click in that spot.

This is a known issue. On Farm 1, even though you do not see the message showing what is collected they do harvest and add to your storage. The rest of the farms do work.

When I then try to select the crop for the HPS tool, PEAS is missing from the search window and I must type it in again. nothing serious but i think it worked better if the crop you want remains in the search window. If you have those 2 options checked in your preferences, then the seeder and/or the combines which are not EX tools will give you those kind of messages and xp and coins showing.

Usually the 1xp showing all over the farm makes the farm keep frozen. It is up to you if you want to uncheck those options.

I will add your post to the Closed thread for the developers to look into it. We can't duplicate what you are saying about rising crops.


If you will look closely at those rising crops as you call them they each say 1XP and are not the crop themselves. The only way to turn that off is to uncheck the Show coins and XP animation.

No the NCC is for the Neighborhood Chains Contest. The option for the memory is the one that says "Compressed Graphics".

But~ Lost 1,000,000 of my all my crops I had harvested since yesterday!!
When I do harvest a field have 50x50 3 layered, got 35,000 now lucky to get a 3rd. My 36X36 fields 3 layered used to get 18,000 when harvested and now only getting a 3rd.!!
Spent a lot of money to get where I was, will this be what it is or will you find a way so we can at least get what we used to get when harvesting?
Not complaining but huge difference in amounts.
God bless and pray you keep going are as you have been for surely their has to be a glitch in your addition of a harvest crop.

We do not yet know if all the layering has or will be added. You will have to continue as you are and wait until any update on that. For non layered crops we do not see any lesser amounts when harvesting.

When I checked with my friend she said that all of her farms had a crop selection and the ones with the problems the selection was Any X day crops. She does this so that everything on the farm (trees, flowers, crops) is ready at the same time.

I have tested this and all farms my SN had set for a specific time length crop all came up with the correct list of seeds for the time length set. Have her redo all of those and then save it and restart her farms and see if that helps.

I'm sorry but we dont have that information. All features have to be fully tested before they are released, so if there is an issue it has to be fixed and nobody knows how much time it could take or how difficult it could be.

A touchscreen is a tablet function on the laptop. I'm sorry but right now we are all concentrating on getting the main game working for normal computer functions with mouse/touchpad use. Mobile devices are currently not supported, but some may work. It is better to wait and see how the game improves and what developers can offer.

Fishing a farm layered with a lot of waters close together has always been more difficult if you do not have at least a boat that does all of the fish in a water. The bigger the better. There isn't anything the developers can do right now to change that.

Thanks so much for all the work being put in to get FT back up. I've had one problem i can't move animals (ok one lone goose) from my gift box to the farm, cause my chicken coop is full on all. The store animals to storage and the placing them on a farm with the Use button are not available yet. If you have another chicken coop on another farm you could move it into there. Otherwise if you don't need it you can go sell it through your storage.

Leveling is available, so if you reach the next level your level will change and you will get your FC. The only part of that which is not working is the bar to see where you are for getting the next level.

You do not need to include the information from your farms like your ID or any of the other stuff as you can play.


Fuel is being used when you work, but as soon as you finish and drop the tool, that fuel is restored. Note how much fuel you have before you start working, then check again after you have finished and drop the tool.

It is greyed out in the tool box when it is opened on that farm, when she returns to farm 42, and looks in the tool box, the irrigator is visible.. not a huge problem but thought I should pass this on .. thanks everyone..

Have her try refreshing that farm and see if it is irrigated or if she can try again. Also have her try from a different farm. Since 43 is "new" then there may be a problem with this one.

Also I've made this suggestion before but we don't need three steps, harvest, ghost, gone. When we harvest just remove it, period, no shadow ghost please. They get in the way of our work!!!

The transition takes additional time, and adds additional CPU Usage as well, so removing the step should make the process of harvesting faster

the farm was refreshed but failed to show the purple irrigator, I irrigated it myself so all the farms have now been irrigated and can be harvested tomorrow.. she successfully did all the other farms, out of the 43 farms we have I have 4 that don't have anything on them except facilities or water so 38 done out of 39 by the super neighbor isn't too bad, :)

While the facilities are off line are they still producing? Or when they come back on line will they be at the same production levels as before or will they need fully reloading again. If thats the case it will be a good time to move some of them around while they are empty.

You have to purchase tools in size order.

I had a look at your data, and you own the Brow, Red and Orange Mobile Sprinkler in your storage.

In order to purchase the purple one you first need to buy the Green Mobile Sprinkler.

There is no time, developers are working full time but they cant release all features at once or we will get multiple issues and it would be impossible to catch all errors and fix them. It is not easy to complete migrate a 12 years game with monthly releases.

I have tried both compressed graphics and uncompressed graphics. We have been able to sell extra ingredients in the storage locker the entire time. Many players have not seen the information though. All you do is click the Storage locker and then any one item's Go To Market to Sell button. The box that usually opens when we tell Tom we want to sell will open as if you had gone to the market.

I have not seen the moving gifts to storage has been slow. It may depend on how much you have in your Gift Box at the time. Or as you say the sefvers may be more busy than usual.

I just checked and according to your data, your storage is at 99.02%. I am not surprised nothing is going into your storage. You need to open your storage and click on the Go to Market to Sell button in any product. That will open the market for you to sell. You need to seel all of your non-ingredients (for me), and then use the filters to find anything you have that you have excessive amounts of and sell part of those. You should get your storage down to about 85%, so this doesn't happen again for a bit. You do need to watch that percentage in your storage as when it gets above 95% then it is possible for things to disappear or not be added to the storage from your harvesting.

Did your SN tell you what happened when they tried to irrigate your farms?



If they click in the sprinkler, then the screen with all your farms names, should show greyed for the farms they are not able to irrigate yet.

You could ask them to check their time (hour, minutes, am/pm) and date (day, month, year) in their computer in case any of them are off.

Staying on a farm, if they hover on the mobile sprinkler they should see if that farm can be irrigated or if not, then the time they have to wait.

Does this only work for SNs? When I'm on my farm and hover on the sprinkler it just shows "irrigate plants" even though the plants are already irrigated. In the flash version it showed the time left but not the html version.

You do have to have a clear space to set the item down even with the purple hand currently. Hiding everything doesn't help because you can't see where the clear area is.
